Updated Style on the Lake

Welcome to the Flirty Flamingo! This gorgeous remodel is the perfect spot on the open water of Cedar Creek Lake for a lakeside getaway.

This five-bedroom/three-bathroom home features a beautifully updated great room offering living and dining options with amazing views of the lake! The room opens to the updated kitchen that features stainless steel appliances with a double oven and a large capacity refrigerator/freezer.

You and your guests will have plenty of room at the end of the evening with five bedrooms including the family suite (king size bed with a bunk bed with three twin beds). The home comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

As beautiful as the house is, you will want to spend most of your time outside! The oversized deck is the perfect spot for grilling and eating with you family. And those views…

The yard is the perfect shady spot to keep cool on a summer afternoon. And the fire pit near the water is where you will want to be as the sun goes down!

Though the property is not able to accommodate your watercraft, you are more than welcome to use the dock for fishing and swimming and the sun deck for relaxing and sunset watching.

You are also able to use the kayaks and lily pad available on the property during your stay!

Excellent Stay

Place was clean and even ready ahead of time. Everything worked and was in good condition. Sleeping setup was great with plenty of beds and rooms. Would stay here again.

Fun Family Weekend!

There were 3 families that stayed for the weekend for a family trip. Loved that 4 bedrooms had king beds, and the Kayak and lily pad and paddle board were a hit for all! Beautiful view and great fire pit.

Annual Friend Trip

We had an amazing time on our annual friend trip. The house was amazing, and Morgan the host was so helpful and easily reachable. We loved the dock and Lilly pad and had our own float as well. The rooms were spacious and comfy and easily slept us 4 couples! We are already planning to book next year here!

Wedding Weekend

We loved relaxing at the house during the busy wedding weekend. You cannot beat the fabulous view of the lake from the upper deck, shaded by all the trees and cooled by the ceiling fan. We only cooked breakfast there, but the kitchen was well stocked. You could also enjoy the view from the living/dining room area. The host answered all our questions quickly.

Wedding weekend

Our family stayed here for our daughter's wedding. The property was a little farther away from the venue than we wanted, but it was a lovely house in a pretty spot on the lake. It was a busy weekend, so we didn't get to enjoy many of the amenities. We were all comfortable though and enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back deck. Morgan was very quick to respond to all of my questions.

Lakeside Oasis

This house was absolutely a dream to stay in, with the perfect location right on the water, and great amenities to suit any guests needs! One important note, is the strict 10/10:30pm curfew, as this means no one outside at all past this time. Otherwise, we had everything we needed for a great birthday getaway! Also, the manager was always a text/phone call away if we had questions or needed anything. I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Accommodations

When I say that this home is well equipped and well suited for multiple families and ages to share would be an understatement. This home truly was everything we needed and then some. The host and property manager were very accommodating which was very much appreciated.The only issue isn’t with the home or the host — they were truly great! It’s the neighbor next store who doesn’t like the short term rentals which is understandable. He continued to stand at the edge of his property multiple times a day/night to assess what 60 year old couples were doing which was sitting in the backyard and fishing. We weren’t loud and respected the 10 p.m. rule (among others) of turning off the outside lights, etc. This made us very uncomfortable though it became easy enough to ignore him. I’m only mentioning it so no one is surprised like we were.This being said, I wouldn’t let this deter anyone from enjoying this home. We all said we never have been in a place that thought of everything. Nice sheets, nice kitchen appliances, nice plates/pots/pans, water toys, you name it. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again.

Loved every minute

We had an amazing time. House was perfect and updated. Dock and porch were the best part. Only issue was there were 4 out of the 9 of us who wanted to stay outside late and we were extremely paranoid about making “too much noise” after 10pm. The one neighbor’s house is extremely close to this one. As well , it was a little windy the 2nd night and the neighbor came out and told my husband he didn’t want him to use the fire pit. My husband is a smart guy and he definitely would know not to proceed with our small “s’mores “ fire if it was too dangerous. We also didn’t see anything in our booklet stating not to use the firepit if there was wind. In any case , we respected his wishes. Communication was immediate and really good. Only negative comment is that there were a lot of cobwebs. Some inside and a lot outside, including the upper deck. Also bring bug spray because there are a lot of mosquitoes and even more knats. Keep the lights off in the kitchen and family room to prevent them from coming towards the light when the sliding door opened we had to dodge in and out. Would most definitely stay here again. Prob not on a holiday though, because it was a lot more $ bc of the weekend it was!

Family Easter weekend

We rented here for a small family Easter weekend. This was the perfect house for everyone to stay and spend time together. The backyard with a big deck looking at the lake was amazing scenery for the entire weekend. We would definitely stay here again.
