Ocotillo Springs Resort includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home is a resort unto itself. It features a private swimming pool and hot tub, and one of the best locations in the development. You will love the unequaled resort pool with a zero entry shallow end for kids, and the unique splash pad. There is a fun clubhouse with game tables and poolside sitting area.



Beautiful 5 bedroom/ 5.5 bathroom vacation home can sleep 19 guests or up to 25 guests with use of the six twin memory foam fold-out mats. Cook dinner in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, before sitting down to good food and good company. Enjoy the family room with a 75" 4K smart TV with YouTube live. This beautiful property will have your kids busy with cornhole, board games, a pickleball set, and a Blu-ray DVD player. Great little gem

Our stay was nice and enjoyed having a private pool. Lots of room for everyone and a lot of room to have private time to read or unwind. The downaide was that the pool panel was broken so everytime we wanted to use the jacuzzi we had to call maintenance. The temperature of the pool was too cold. The other thing was lots of broken items like dishwasher panel so we had to guess how to run the dishwasher since it had no labels. The last downside was cleanliness, it needs improvement. We would stay here gain however! Overall a grdat experience.

Great house for Group Lodging

We rented this property to stay while we were participating in the Huntsman senior games. This was a perfect house for us the set up fit us perfectly. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. And the Pickleball courts were so close,. The property management company were a dream to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great Location!

House was great - the private pool is perfect and it’s right across the street from the community pool! There are plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, beds and towels! The only cons were: Fridge doesn’t get very cold We thought the one area of the pool was shut tub but the control panel doesn’t work so you couldn’t run the lights or turn up the heat. Still a great place and would definitely recommend it 👍

The house itself met our expectations, except for the items that did not work, or lacked instructions. The management company certainly did not meet our expectations. The "Book" of instructions had inaccurate information or no information at all for our needs, such as internet access and how to control the pool. There were no after hours staff to help and since we were not allowed access the house until 4:00, and the management staff left at 5:00, no one was available when we started to need additional help.The next morning, when we were finally able to reach someone, they didn't even have the correct information for the internet access! They gave us the code for the pool cover controls, but the system had a short in it, and blew the breaker when we tried to close the cover. For a property management company, they had no clue what was going on.

Nice spot... but a little trouble in paradise

Reviewer Comments: The house was as advertised, 5 beds 5 1/2 baths, ample kitchen space and comfortable accommodations. The proximity to the pool and pickle ball courts is ideal, and the fixtures overall well appointed. That said, we had some issues. The pool cover did not work, this was not indicated in the rental agreement or on the site, and with little ones it is a MASSIVE concern and oversight. In terms of the pool itself, we loved having it connected to the house... but the hot tub would not heat above 98 degrees and the ph balance was off. We had 2 kiddos come home with swimmers ear. Last issue, the garbage cans were full when we got there, so there was no where to put our trash bags other than to walk to the public facility (not too far, but still inconvenient), overall 4.3 out of 5.

We were there for the St George Marathon and specifically booked this home because we knew we would need the pool and hot tub. When we checked in, the both the pool and hot tub were freezing cold. I called THREE separate times trying to get ahold of someone to help us. We didn’t hear from anyone until late in the afternoon the next day, and all we needed was an access code. Why wasn’t the access code given to us prior to check in? We were out a full day of using our own pool and hot tub (which again is why we booked the house in the first place!) Super frustrating. The pillows are also so large and hard, so I’d recommend bringing your own pillows to sleep on if you can!

Bathrooms had urine at bottom, mop was stiff nothing mopped had to go buy cleaning supplies. Pool and hot were not cleaning. Didnt like that we drove 4 hrs to have to get their and clean. Ice maker on fridge didn't work, but other than that we had a great time.

Bad houses and bad customer service

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the worst family reunion vacation we ever had because the houses we stayed in. The first house was not very clean when we checked in. The private hot tub was not turned on or heated and the controls to heat it were locked with a passcode. The AC broke, on the second day of our five day stay. Called customer service to have someone come look at it, after they looked at it they said they cannot fix it. They had to move us to a different house in Hurrican 45 minutes away. After getting to the new house, we found most of the TVs had a problem connecting to the Internet. The water heater was not hooked up correctly, and after we showered upstairs, the ceiling began to leak because the plumbing was not hooked up correctly. Staying in these houses really ruined our family vacation. We tried to talk to the manager about all the issues. She was very hard to get a hold of and not very helpful, we have asked for a refund multiple times and they never respond or answer any of our messages or calls. I still feel like we deserve a full refund.

Our stay was great! We did have some troubles with the hot tub/pool with electrical components that failed a number of times to remove the pool cover and keep the hot tub warm. Other than that, the stay was great!
