The master bathroom has been completely remodeled and features a double-vanity and large, tiled spa shower. Both bedrooms include wall-mounted, flat-screen HDTV televisions. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes/flatware, a Keurig, a traditional coffee pot, as well as stainless appliances. The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer. Regency Isle has some of the largest balconies in town providing gorgeous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. A convenient keyless entry saves you the hassle of dealing with a check-in or key return. This unit also comes with a reserved, covered parking space on P1. Amenities at Regency Isle include beach chairs available for rent (seasonal), picnic pavilion with gas grills, outdoor/indoor pools, sauna, fitness center, three elevators, and on-site security. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed per the HOA.

Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, activity room with a TV, and WiFi in every room.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, one can be purchased for $35plus tax. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, if you need a second pass, please let us know at least 48 hours before check in. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
