Lake Shores Haven | Family Fun! Pool & Hot Tub!

You will love this family home the minute you step through the doors. You will be embraced with tropical and classic Palm Beach décor. The home is warm and inviting with lovely areas to relax, unwind and enjoy. It is a real treat for the kids with the basketball court, outdoor games such a Giant Jenga, & 4 Connect, the pool basketball hoop or enjoying hours of Xbox indoors. Dramatic tropical landscape perfect for watching birds or enjoying several varieties of palm trees. There is parking for three cars and an RV (for extra).

The Space

THE BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with beautiful royal blue end- tables and a large dresser with a 55" smart app T.V. mounted above it. The room is decorated with magnificent accent tropical wallpaper. There is an en suite bathroom off the primary.

The 2nd Twin bedroom is dressed in dark blues and whites. There are two XL twin beds with woven rattan headboards, a rattan armchair, large mirror and hanging and dresser space for clothing. The beds may be moved together to make a king- sized bed. The table between the two beds can be used as a working desk or remote students or workers.

The 3rd bedroom is bright with a vibrant tropical green. There is a bunk bed with a twin top and full bottom, a personal desk and chair and a dresser for clothing.

THE BATHROOMS

The primary en suite bathroom has a walk in shower and a blowing heater.

The 2nd bathroom has a combination bath tub & shower with vanity. This bathroom is shared between bedrooms two and three.

Half Bath: There is a half bathroom located in the living room by the doors going outside to the pool area and patio.

DINING AREA

Enjoy the extended table for eight guests under a low hanging modern rattan light fixture and aside two beautiful artworks. The dining room has easy access to the kitchen and outdoor patio where the BBQ grill is located. The dining room doors can also open out to the basketball court and outdoor dining area.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has everything you need to feed your hungry crew. Pots, pans, service for eight, a blender, toaster oven, stainless steel double fridge and freezer and gas Thermador range stove and oven. There is a lovely coffee bar station with a Keurig and drip coffee machine and mini wine cooler beneath. We have a reverse osmosis water system at the sink which is of high quality, very clean and tasty drinking water. The ice machine in the refrigerator uses the same system.

FORMAL LIVING ROOM

There are two living room areas. The smaller formal living room is located beside the dining room with a desk, beautiful Palm Beach style décor with direct access to the patio and pool deck. There you will also find the half bathroom. Sit, relax and enjoy your company on the comfortable white rattan furniture with a modern glass coffee table and books.

FAMILY ROOM

The family room is a large cozy room off the formal living and dining rooms that has a brand new large full SLEEPER sofa (Sleeps 2), a large T,V. with cable (the only room with Zoomie Live channels), an Xbox 4, some games, a medium sized Connect 4, giant Jenga, yoga mat, free weights, and an area for the kids to play on the rug.

THE OUTDOORS

The highlight of the house is the outdoors! Enjoy a large salted pool that may be heated for the cooler months, a large 6-8 person hot tub (also by request and daily fee), a new mini basketball court, lovely outdoor dining table and chairs under a covered gazebo, a BBQ grill, wood- powered fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and turfed backyard. There is a covered patio as you walk outside with lounge seating, sun loungers, a large industrial fan, and ceiling fan to keep cool during those warmer evenings.

ADDITIONAL EXTRA'S

Have hours of fun in the pool, and a pool basketball hoop.

Take the inflatable one - two person kayak out to the boat launch into the canal just one block away.

There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella you too take to the beach and two adult and one child life vest.

LAUNDRY & SUPPLIES

The laundry room sits off the family room with a washer/ dryer with all the soaps and detergents you need. There is a rocket vacuum, Swiffer & broom. We supply paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc.


LOCAL ACTIVITIES & NEIGHBORHOOD

Nearby there is a community tennis court, shaded playground and regulation basketball courts. (We have a tennis pass you may use at the house- please return after use). There is a boat launch into the canal one block away which is perfect for Kayaking, Paddle boarding or Jet Skiing.

The house is a short 11 minute drive to Downtown West Palm Beach (Rosemary Square, Clematis Street, Kravis Center & Convention Center). The house is 6 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport, 12 minutes from the Brightline, 10 minutes to Palm Beach Island and the beaches.

Other Things to Note....

Must be 25 or older to book.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

Max 2 dogs allowed, No cats. Please pick up after you pets and dispose in sealed bags in the outside trash bins and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced. We charge a non-refundable pet fee (based on breed & size of pets). Should there be any damages caused by your pet which exceeds the pet fee, you may be charged additional.

Smoking is not permitted on the property.
