Welcome to the Ritz Carlton Club Aspen Highlands , the only true ski in ski out luxury property located at the base of Aspen Highlands Mountain, the home of uber exclusive Cloud 9 Restaurant. Enjoy spacious condominiums with leather sofas, stone fireplaces, and spacious living and dining areas. The bedrooms feature king beds in all bedrooms (on occasion one King is a Queen, but generally all units at the Ritz have the same bedding, one King Bed, one King that convert to twins upon request and a sofa bed) and flatscreen TVs as well as gorgeous marble baths, separate soaking tub and shower and double vanities. There is air-conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter.

There is a $75 additional charge per night for amenities, including valet. This is a new charge that Management implemented beginning on May 1, 2023, and applies to all units unless you are an member.

If you do not see your preferred date please let us know, as owners may have additional dates available. Our units range from 1300-1500 sq ft and may have a balcony or a view.

Photos are of various residences, all units have same standard property wide. Check in and check out are per the Ritz Carlton Residences policies. We cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. Please ask upon arrival. Each unit is individually owned but the property is managed by Ritz Carlton Residences. If you want a luxury experience in Aspen, close to everything Aspen has to offer, there is no better choice than the Ritz Carlton Aspen Highlands. You are close enough to bike into town, and just a 5 minute drive from all of the best restaurants and shopping in Aspen.

Enjoy the services provided to the member including complimentary housekeeping, Spa, Pools, Jacuzzi, On Site, restaurant hours and room service hours vary, Complimentary Shuttle around town and surrounding areas. This is a full service property all policies are set by Ritz Carlton Management. Complimentary Apres Ski events and Coffee, parking, cookies, and parking included, days and hours vary. Service animals are allowed on a case by case basis. We have been offering rentals Aspen since 2014.

Loved it!
We had so much fun! Place was great. Spa and pool were so beautiful. Bathrooms are the nicest in Aspen! Love ski in and ski out.

Great Stay Ritz is Impressive
Are the Bears and bathrooms are amazing. There is nowhere, including the Little Nell or St Regis or Gant that has bathrooms like the Ritz Carlton. Gorgeous marble, tons of hot water, giant tub and separate shower, the place is luxury. Other awesome things, the sofa bed is actually a memory foam bed, so it doesn’t have any metal or springs. Was so nice to have such a big table to eat at in the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The extra 1/2 bath in the two bedroom was perfect. We really liked having a foyer and closets for our gear even though there is a ski valet. The best part, was having two giant pools, two giant, hot tubs, and two gyms. Our massage was awesome. Ski Shuttles worked great and in town shuttle and airport pick up a plus.

Absolutely gorgeous property and superb service
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz, Carlton highlands property in aspen. This property is close to the Aspen rec center, which is only five minutes walk. You can also walk to Aspen and 50 minutes but they do provide a shuttle service that runs on time, there are two restaurants on the premises plus a coffee shop and the gym is immaculate with plenty of equipment. There is also a pool and a Jacuzzi on the back portion of the property of the elk lodge. The condominium was very clean, and housekeeping service was always available.
