Bienvenidos! Welcome to our Happy Place! Bask in the lap of luxury at the Sonoran Sky 201. The Sky is the youngest of the Sonoran properties, one of the smallest developments on Sandy Beach, and has it all. Whatever you need it is easy to find at the Sky. Delight your palette at the on premise 5 Star Restaurant - Cielito Lindo, the Karaoke Bar, or swim up Tiki Bar off the heated pool. The Sky has 4 pools (a negative edge, waterslide, kids pool, and heated pool with Tiki Bar. Warm up in one of the 3 community jacuzzis. Gather with friends and family to grill while the kids enjoy the playground, enjoy a couple's massage or pedicure with Ocean Views at the Spa on the 2nd Floor, Exercise in the Gym, or Play a friendly game of Volleyball. If you forgot something - chances are you can find it at the convenient store on site.
The Sky is often a wedding, birthday and event destination hot spot on Sandy Beach. There are meeting rooms on the 2nd floor or host your gathering right on the private beach. For less formal events the 3rd floor features grills, tables and a play ground structure. The Sky is one of the smallest developments on Sandy Beach - enabling ease of access to enjoy the many amenities in serenity without all the crowds of the larger locations.
The Sky 201 features many unique one of a kind upgrades. As a former Sonoran Developer's model, it was used for celebrities, VIP Clients and Company events - not for rent to the public. The Sky 201 has been upgraded to include some very unique luxuries and has 3400 square feet.
Sky 201 features 3 Chandeliers made of hand blown glass, custom lighting, and highlights designer furniture and bar. The hallway and master have custom artwork with LED highlighted lights. There are 70 inch Smart TVs with WIFI in each bedroom and great room to entertain the smallest guests or catch your favorite team/show. If Mixology is your thing - there is a custom one of a kind bar with separate sink, beverage refrigerator, and 3 additional bar stools for entertaining. It also has an ice maker, blender and shaker in the unit.
An Epicureans Dream - The Dining Room table is custom marble with removable center table. Both Elegant and practical for entertaining. The kitchen has 2 sinks, an island, wine refrigerator, stainless steal appliances, garbage disposal and all the comforts of home. It comes fully stocked with cooking utensils, lobster pot, ice maker, baking/cooking dishes and too many items to list. Even the pickiest of chef's will enjoy cooking in this spacious kitchen.
180 Degree Breathtaking views from the balcony of Old Port, the Sea of Cortez, and the Sky Private Beach. The 1100+ square foot wrap around deck connects the two master suites. It features a table for 8 - great for eating or playing games, lounge chairs, and a day bed. The 4 panel gliding panoramic doors open all the way up to extend the balcony into the living areas to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Each of the 2 master suites has their own private door to the patio and views of the Ocean.
The Sky 201 features dual master suites. Each master suite has own private shower with glass doors, jacuzzi tub, custom closets, and dual sinks. They both have king size beds, comfortable bedding, pillows, and fine linen. The 3rd bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and shower with a large custom closet. The 4th room/Office is set up for those wanting to have the remote work from home lifestyle. It features a sleeper sofa, desk, books, games, and chairs. There is high speed wifi in the condo that can easily be joined with a QR code.
Sleep soundly in paradise with 24x7 security. There are guards and cameras that surveil the public premises and entry ways. The Sky 201 has been upgraded with combo smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire escape ladder, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, keyless entry and many safety features.
The laundry room is fully stocked with a front loader washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, pool towels, boogie boards, volley ball, life jackets, and sand toys.
*There are grills on the 3rd floor with the playground equipment. Charcoal can be purchased in the gift shop.
** Although we do not have events in the unit - you can book your wedding, birthday, or other events at the meeting rooms (2nd or 3rd Floor) or seaside. For more information let us know.

We are a family of six from Gilbert, Arizona. We have been going to Rocky Point over 15 years. Our first trip was with some close family friends and our 2 sons. Like many Americans we were hesitant to venture down over the border but thanks to our friends - quickly overcame those fears. Each trip has been filled with new adventures, memories and respect.
Over the years our family has grown to appreciate not just the beauty of the country but the culture and people. The pandemic taught us that life is short and we must embrace the time we have to build memories for those we love. Rocky Point has always been our happy place. A place where we have built countless memories of our children and friends that help us block out the hustle and bustle of the high tech world we live in.

We love the Sonoran Sky. Of all the countless places we stayed coming 3-4 times a year for 15 years - the Sky is still our favorite. We chose this property because it is small unlike Las Palomas, Bella Sirena, Esmerelda and others - it has only 136 condos. That equates to less crowds, guests, and a more intimate family setting. The Sky has it all - 3 restaurants, swim up bar, water slide, volleyball court, Palapas, 4 pools, 3 jacuzzis, gym, playground, grills, a spa, and a convenience store on site. We literally don't have to leave if we just want to hang out and enjoy the beach for the weekend. It is the perfect getaway for our family.
The Sky is close to town, has 24x7 security and right off of Playa Bonita. There are jet skis, banana boats and a lot of fun activities for our children and us. Not to mention the closer location means less gas driving to town or our favorite restaurants - Al Capones, Cornejo Bakery, JJs Cantina, or Wrecked at the Reef.
We chose this condo because it is the perfect size for our family. The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide plenty of space for our 4 children, friends, and us. The living room and dining room have custom hand blown light fixtures.
Sky 201 features a bar and beverage fridge for cold water or beverages. It is the only one of its kind. It is the largest usable space model in the Sky. The Sky 201 has 2400 square feet inside and an additional 1100 square foot deck. It features 2 master suites with jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. Each bathroom has glass doors (no nasty curtains). The 3rd bedroom also has it's own ensuite bathroom. The office/4th bedroom has custom desk, cabinets and drawers. Everything tastefully decorated by a designer for the model condo. The home features 70 inch TVs in every bedroom and the main area. It has new stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, a separate beverage fridge, oven, microwave and 3 sinks. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, ice machine and tools for the pickiest chef. There is a custom bar and beverage refrigerator to entertain while the Chef cooks without getting in each others way.
The views at night or day from the wrap around deck of Old Port, the Ocean and Beach are breathtaking. The patio doors open up fully to extend the view, ocean breeze and enjoy this one of a kind property.
The beach is literally minutes away or if you want a spa treatment is is just down the hall. Both the Spa and Gym have ocean views. The negative edge pool is great for the family or for those with smaller children there is a great shallow pool. It truly has it all. The bar features Karaoke and a nice band at times. The Cielito Lindo restaurant has amazing Mole, Steak, Skewers and Coconut Shrimp.
