When my group and I arrived, the temperature inside the home was 87 degrees. With a TX heat of 107 degrees, walking into this was VERY unpleasant.
We reached out a handful of times throughout the afternoon and did not get a response until the evening which owner said they would get maintenance out there and adjust. It was in the 80's all afternoon into the early evening. it was a constant battle with the thermostat as the temp kept rising. The digital thermostat im guessing the owner has control and so we had to keep monitoring throughout the day. EVERY person in our group was responsible to adjust when they saw the temp rise. We all didnt sleep very well becasue of this.
The pool was green. Needed to be cleaned or shocked or SOMETHING. It did not look good-One of the MAIN reasons we chose this home. We swam at our own risk of course. Little to NO papertowels for such a large group that was staying there. Next time if this isnt provided, let the guests KNOW.
As the soap dispensers in the restrooms and kitchen were a nice feature, there was not enough soap in the Kitchen. The refrigerator didn't keep things as cold as to be expected.
The electrical outlets in the master bedroom restroom- Not working.
In the laudry room there were men's underwear left on the shelf.
And lastly but DEFINITELY not least, there are BEDBUGS. 1st room down the hall(the one with the trundle), has bed bugs and our guest got bit ALL over her body.
Stay at your own risk.⚠️
