Individually controlled AC units in each bedroom and the living room. 1 king/1 queen. (King is new, medium soft, Tempur-pedic). Washer/Dryer. Smart TV. Watch parades and the commercial scene right from your windows. Crazy close to restaurants, bars and clubs.

This cottage is by far the best place I have ever stayed in ptown. Everything is perfect from location to design to cleanliness. And the outdoor space is so nice and cozy, shaded by a beautiful huge tree. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect

I have been staying at various properties in P-Town for over 10 years and this proved one of my favorites. The house is perfectly laid out, conveniently located, and incredibly charming. Bedrooms are on opposite ends and it has 2 full bathrooms. All these things along with the great communication and ease of check in and out make it a wonderful find!

Fantastic cottage, perfect location

Cobblers Cottage was fabulous. Very well laid out, comfortable for 2 couples & a pup! Everything you need is provided. Back patio was a bonus. Location is excellent. Parking is a very short walk & loading zone out front was very convenient. The property manager Nancy was very responsive & a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend & we will be back!

We love Ptown and had never stayed so close into town. This is a wonderful spot. On the way there I asked the property manager about beach chairs and she brought two over right away. All way easy and lovely!

Wonderful Stay at Cobbler’s Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Cobbler’s Cottage. The cottage and amenities matched the listing. Amazing location right on Commercial in the West End. But also quiet - you would not know you were feet from Commercial Street when sitting in the back garden. The parking was a very short walk and having the loading area right outside the property made check in and out swift and painless. Nancy, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect West End Location

The house was a perfect size for our family and close to everything. Very clean. Neighborhood is quiet at night. Kitchen adequately stocked with basic cookware. We weren’t sure how convenient the parking would be but it was very close and easy and there is an unloading zone in front of the house.

Quintessential Ptown in prime location

This cottage checked all the boxes - comfort, location, and charm. Mattresses were heavenly and kitchen well stocked. We thought it may be too loud being on Commercial St but it wasn’t (outside of trash pick up day). Boatslip, Pop & Dutch, Mussel Beach and Perry’s just a few blocks away. Recommend.

Stay at Cobbler's Cottage

Location, location, location! The Cobbler's Cottage is literally in the PERFECT Ptown location. Close enough to everything on Commercial but far enough so you have some peace and quiet. We almost didn't need to have our bikes (but were glad we had them for a few outings). Nancy was super attentive while we were there. One note I would make is that larger bedroom has two twin beds pushed together instead of it being an actual king bed. Not a huge deal but my friend was a bit disappointed with having to deal with the seam in the middle (from the two mattresses). All in all, great place!!!

Incredible property in Provincetown

Our family of four stayed in the Cobbler’s Cottage for a week this summer and had the best stay. We’ve been vacationing in P-town for the last 9 years and have stayed at numerous properties. This one is a true gem! The location is perfect - right on Commercial Street, but on the less busy end, so very quiet. The beach is right across the street and just a short walk to the pool. Very close to all our favorite restaurants and shops. The home had everything we needed and more. Clean and very comfortable. We loved spending time on the back patio to have breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. Both the owner and property manager were both very attentive and available for any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property and are eager to return to the cottage next year!
