As a guest you can enjoy quiet peaceful walks and cool off, relax and play in either of the 2 community pools located within the estates.

When you're ready to venture out of the estates and explore the endless things lake has to offer, you're only minutes from the heart of beautiful Osage Beach, where you will find a huge variety of restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and attractions.
Guests are also welcome to visit, shop, explore and dine at the new Margaritaville Resort. The resort offers golf, a spa, a number of outdoor pools, a quaint shopping village and a number of restaurants as well as family fun activities such as horseback riding, a bowling alley, arcade and indoor water park and can be conveniently accessed from the estates.
