This is a recently renovated classy 1-bedroom 1 bathroom condo. So come and enjoy the glorious views. You will love the space for its comfort, fully equipped classic kitchen design, living room, and central location. Perfect for business travellers, weekend adventurers, or a couples getaway.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.

WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

The condo can be accessed using a keyless code entry system, so don't worry..Relax, especially if you traveled here from far!

There is 24 hours concierge at the building and it is located at the main front entrance of the building. Please bring your valid ID for the check-in, we will let them know about your arrival. Please let us know the names who are checking in so the concierge is aware and can cross-reference it with their reservations. You will be provided a digital code for the door and a fob. Please feel free to ask the concierge how to get to your apartment, elevator locations etc. Or contact us anytime!

You will love the versatile space, the living space can be easily transformed into a business room or you can convert a sofa into a queen-size bed, so the apartment can accommodate 4 people easily. 50” Smart TV with cable and wireless WIFI is included. The bedroom has a queen bed with a luxurious mattress and cotton bedding with an additional TV screen. You cannot get more downtown than this perfectly located condo. 5-minute walk to the Peachtree centre, MARTA train station which is a 15-minute ride directly to the airport.
