This unique guesthouse is nearly 100% free of common airborne & surface bacteria, viruses, including COVID-2. Just 4 miles from Lee University - just off Paul Huff Pkwy, near restaurants, shopping, & the 4 mile Greenway. There is a private entrance, free parking, separate bedroom area with queen bed, living room w/ queen sleeper sofa, full bath, full kitchen & dining area. High speed internet, dvd player, and cable. Comes with it’s own deck with a fire pit, picnic table and grill, hammock and seating for 6 to 8 on the deck. We have a spotlight for cooking at night on the deck as well as over hanging Edison lights to light it up a bit. You will have access to our underground storm shelter if there is ever a storm. We have outdoor bluetooth speakers next to the deck where you can play your music while outside on the deck. Also, near white water rafting/kayaking, Chattanooga, Blue Ridge mtn's-all within 30 to 60m drive. Greenway walking/biking trail. Plenty of places to walk your dog since our property is situated on three lots. You're going to love this cozy getaway!!!

Alan was super accommodating and understanding, which I really appreciated! Such a clean, cozy and adorable guest house! They had a beautiful yard as well. I had everything I needed staying here and the check in/check out process was very easy. I travel to this area for work frequently throughout the year, will definitely stay again!

This is a very cozy and comfortable guest house in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the greenway, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely return.

Great stay!

My husband and I felt at home here, and the host was extremely welcoming. My only complaint was how bright the bedroom was, but I am one who has to have complete darkness while sleeping and this room was extremely bright.

Great place for a weekend

My husband and Father stayed here for a weekend Men's Conference and not was great! Communication from the host was phenomenal, very polite and very courteous!! Messaged before their arrival to ask what type of refreshments they enjoyed so it was readily available up on their arrival. Would definitely recommend this place!

It was a nice place. Alan was very nice. The only issue I had that I didn’t let Alan know was the last day I had ants in my coffee twice. Other than having to trash my coffee it was a nice place.

Pristine and quiet.

Perfect tranquil setting. The space was perfect. Loved the inner “barn door” slider door as it came in handy. Up-to-date decor. Comfortable bed and couch. Privacy nice. Owner on premises was a reassuring plus. Nice rapport with Alan. Neighborhood with matured trees. Interesting and beautiful property with beautiful lighting! Alan makes great effort to enable his guests to be happy and comfortable, which is clear in every presentation! Thanks!

Guesthouse Retreat

The moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with special touches of hospitality. The lights were on, music was playing (and even tuned to our era!), fresh linens and towels waiting to be used after a long day of packing and traveling and snacks were waiting. It was just perfect! The neighborhood was quiet. The outdoor areas serene and wooded...perfect for relaxing and reflecting on the day's events. While we were there, our days were full showing our dog in McDonald and we did not get to explore the beauty of the area. (However, our host was well versed in the many enriching activities of the area and offered us a plethora of opportunities.) We found the full size kitchen perfect for us to prepare breakfast and lunches for our show 'family'. Thank you Alan and your family for accepting us as clients with our dog, for impeccable and thorough instructions, for your well-kept property and accomodations, and for your interest in our show results. We are looking forward to return to enjoy the sights of Cleveland and the surrounding area.

A great place to stay that has everything you could need close to Lee University and everything Cleveland Tennessee has to offer. Very safe neighborhood tucked in close to many big stores and restaurants which was very convenient. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Would stay here again

Weekend Getaway
