Alpine Oasis - Adirondack house close to Lakes, Golf, Skiing and so much more!

An enchanting place to disconnect and enjoy all the incredible things the Adirondacks have to offer. You will have access to the whole house. It is a beautiful country house seating on 5 acres of land. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, a den and a separate seating room. It also has a nice 3 season sunroom complete with bar, a mini fridge and some games. The basement is set up as a game room, with a pool table, ping pong table, TV with microphone in case you want to indulge in some Karaoke, a Sapo game, some kids toys and foosball table for your enjoyment. Outdoor parking is available. The house has a beautiful serene backyard with two ponds and waterfalls that are running from late April thru late September/early October. It also has a BBQ grill, fire pit, a pergola with chairs and a cute bistro set perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or a good glass of wine in the afternoon while listening to the sounds of the running water and nature. It is truly a great space to share with family and friend and just relax.

The house is secluded enough to enjoy nature, peace and quiet, while still being close enough to all the action. Brookhaven Golf Course is around the corner, you are minutes away from Broadway in Saratoga Springs where you can find great restaurants, bars, and shops and also close to many lakes, trails, skiing in the winter and many activities. You are about 1 min. to Brookhaven Golf Course, 15 min. to Saratoga Golf & Polo Club, 15 min. to Broadway in Saratoga Springs, 17 min. to Saratoga Racetrack, 15 min. to Saratoga Spa State Park, 30 min. to Lake George, 25 min. to Saratoga Lake, 30 min. to Great Sacandaga Lake, 50 min. to Albany. If you want some winter activities like skiing and snow-tubing you have West Mountain 20 min. away, 35 min. to Hickory Ski Center, 45 min. to Willard Mountain, 50 min. to Maple Ski Ridge. There is so much to see and do in the Adirondacks that you will be sure to have a great time any time of the year!

Comfy & Clean

My family had a great time at Alpine Oasis. We were out at the jazz festival for most of our stay, but it was wonderful to come back to a very clean and spacious home with plenty to do (games galore!) and a beautiful screened in porch and backyard to enjoy.

Saratoga getaway

The house was clean. The backyard was very soothing with the running water from the ponds. Ample room inside , with comfortable beds. We would stay there again.

Amazing property!

Relaxation

Beautiful Property

The property was amazing and very relaxing. We loved the beautiful pond and the firepit. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lina was a gracious host and easy to communicate with, and we loved the thoughtfulness of little basket of items in the bathroom in case anything was forgotten (extra toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) and the bottles of water. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and great location!

The home was perfect for our group of 7 adults and teens. The property was so clean, and location is close to local attractions while still providing a quiet woods setting. The rooms, decor, and amenities exceeded our expectations, and the special touches in the details made us feel at home. Communications with the owner were great, and the check in and out processes were so easy. Highly recommend this property!

Great House and wonderful garden

The house is great and nice located close to Saratoga and Adirondack region. Houses very comfortable, great sunroom which work during the summer as a family room and very beautiful and unique garden. Upon that there is basement with a lot of possibility to play ping pong, pool table and others.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was close enough to town to be convenient yet remote enough to feel like we were really out in the countryside and very private. The backyard was lovely with pond, fountain, firepit, landscaping and plenty of spots to sit and relax and enjoy nature. The house is clean and spacious and was equipped with everything you could possibly need - TVs, cookware, laundry, extra blankets, toothbrushes etc. Our host replied to messages in a timely fashion.

Family birthday gathering

This was the perfect location for our adult daughters birthday celebration. Just over 15 minutes to a concert at SPAC and 30 minutes from a beautiful hike. When we arrived, we decided we like the screened in porch so much that we would cook our dinners and enjoy the house, porch and beautiful backyard instead of going out. Thanks for a great stay. Kitchen was well equipped, beds we’re comfortable and we had everything we needed!

Perfect weekend getaway

We stayed here with our kids, 2 and 3 1/2, and my parents for a long weekend. The property was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean, our girls loved being outside and seeing the frogs in the pond, and there were plenty of games and places for them to play. We spent most of our time, night and day, on the screened porch. The sounds of the waterfalls were very relaxing. The house also had everything we needed for home cooked meals and the last-minute laundry needs. We will definitely book again if available.

Fantastic Family Weekend

We had a great time at this beautiful, very clean house with a fantastic sun room and back yard! It looks even better in person than in the pictures! Family Get Together

We collected our family together for our 40th Anniversary. The house was lovely, clean and well organized. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy each other and have time for each other. We enjoyed evenings together doing fun things in the house. In the mornings we went out and explored the local area. Our trip was short, but so super enjoyable. Although it was early spring, the grounds around the house were inviting.

Absolutely amazing experience

We were so amazed by the house, location and the amount of activities we could do with our kids, ages 6-19. Time went by very fast and it felt like we were home not a rental. The house was very welcoming and clean, cozy and omg the game room was my boys cave. They will leave only when was time to eat. Lina was absolutely amazing and helped us all the way and made us feel like we know the place. Lina couldn’t thank you enough for making our first time in NY a vacation to remember. Highly recommend and this will be our new spot to come and stay we probably will be back few more times this year. Thank you Elona

Wonderful Property!

This is a wonderful property both inside and out. The gardens are nothing short of spectacular. It is clear that Lina and Johann put a lot of time and energy and care into its upkeep. The same can be said of inside the house which was spectacularly clean. The little welcoming notes of mandarines and wine in the kitchen gave one the feeling of comfort right away. Our children soon discovered the joys of playing pool in the basement and it was very easy to prepare delicious family meals in their well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were all lovely and comfortable. The connection to Johann and Lina with questions about arrival beforehand and about departure afterward was easy and uncomplicated. We will be sure to book here again when we are in the area in the future!

Quiet , beautiful oasis.

The most impressive part of the property is the grounds. They are the most beautiful I have encountered in a rental. The plantings are lush and there is a koi pond with a waterfall that provides a sooting sound in the background. There is a screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors even when it is raining. Which unfortunately happened a lot during our stay. The property was very clean. The owners provided extras paper products, some toiletries and cleaning products, which was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels were provided. There were many touches reflecting the consideration of the hosts. An incident happened with the property and the hosts were extremely solicitous and responsive. They went out of their way to quickly remedy the problem. Thanks so much Lina and Johann.

Nice Woodland Getaway

Beautiful location in the woods but close by Saratoga Springs. The house was very clean and comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze and the host was prompt in answering messages. Would definitely rent again when we are in the area!

Spacious, clean oasis

Lina's home is even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and we immediately felt like we were at home. She provided wine, Nespresso, water bottles, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and so many other amenities. The backyard was stunning with a babbling brook, fish, frogs, and blooming flowers. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We spent a lot of our stay enjoying the screened in porch which had great ambiance complete with string lights. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the Saratoga Springs area!
