The Condo:
- The apartment is located on the ground floor (no stairs).
- The apartments faces the back of the building. You can't hear road traffic, but during summer you can sometimes hear people in the pool.
- There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the apartment accommodates 5 guests.
- The condo was updated in 2022.
- Linens, bathroom towels, beach towels and paper products are provided to make your planning easy!
- The internet is high-speed with download speed of 347.5 Mbps, and upload speed 9.57 Mbps.
- There is central heat/AC as well as ceiling fans in each room.

The Bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.
- The master bedroom has a standing desk and office chair for you to use in case you need to study or work during your stay.
- The second bedroom has one twin bed and one full bed and has direct access to a bathroom with a bathtub.

Living Room:
- There is a SmartTV so you can log in with your own logins to your favorite streaming channels.
