Located in the heart of Lakewood, Colorado, Suite 25 provides a welcoming and adaptable home for short-term stays, offering comfort, convenience, and flexibility whether you’re relocating, recovering, attending an event, or seeking temporary housing. A welcoming space with an authentic Kenyan touch - Designed for simplicity, comfort, and function. You’ll notice that our decor includes rare pieces imported directly from Kenya, along with gently used furniture (excluding mattresses, linens, TVs, and TV stands—all of which are new). The gently used pieces have some visible scratches, which we purposely keep as part of the Kenyan home aesthetic, focusing on humility and functionality rather than hiding imperfections. 🌳 Tree Safety & Hammock Use Policy
For your safety and the protection of our trees, guests may not hang any hammocks, swings, chairs, or other equipment from trees or structures on the property. Doing so may result in immediate cancellation of your stay and financial liability for any damage.
We provide an approved hammock for your enjoyment. Guests are only permitted to use the hammock supplied by management. By using it, guests agree to the following:
 Acknowledge and accept full responsibility by waiving all liability to the property owner/manager.
 Exercise caution at all times while using the hammock.
 Ensure no more than 500 pounds of total weight is placed on the hammock, per manufacturer recommendations.
 Children may not use the hammock without adult supervision.
Due to the natural environment of the property, guests are also encouraged to use bug spray when spending time in the yard.

While our property is not baby-proofed and does not provide supplies (cribs, highchairs, gates, etc.), we are open to accommodating guests with children under the following conditions: a. A 3x to 5x refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damage or wear and tear. b. A double cleaning fee will be applied to account for additional time and effort. c. Children must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to run or play indoors. Outdoor play in designated areas (yard, porch, etc.) is encouraged instead. d. Guests are responsible for bringing their own baby/toddler supplies. If you agree to these terms, we welcome your request and look forward to hosting you.

🧼 We professionally deep-clean the grill weekly (typically early morning Saturdays or Sundays in time for lunch BBQ), and ask guests to kindly clean after personal use. Propane is provided by your host, so all you need to bring is your appetite and favorite grillables!

• Government-Issued ID: Valid identification is required for all adults on the reservation. This helps us maintain a safe and trustworthy environment. NOTE: Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25.
• Lease Agreement: A lease agreement is required for all stays to ensure clear communication and transparency around expectations.
• Refundable Damage Deposit – A $200 deposit is collected for incidentals. Refunded promptly after checkout. Also please note that we do not accept AMEX for the security deposit HOLD. Additionally, the name on the card must match the name of the person making the booking.
• Third-Party Bookings: We do not accept third-party bookings. The person booking must be the one staying. This policy is in place due to past issues. Direct bookings lead to smoother, more respectful experiences for everyone involved.
• Note: Instant Booking is not enabled for this property. To ensure a smooth experience, all booking steps must be completed within 24 hours to avoid cancellation or decline. We prioritize guests with platform history and positive reviews. If that applies to you, the note below may not be relevant. We do consider guests with new profiles, no reviews, or a recent negative review on a case-by-case basis. While we prioritize protecting our home and neighborhood, we also believe in second chances and allowing guests the opportunity to earn a new positive review by demonstrating a clear shift from any previously noted behavior. Nice unit in West Denver

Short holiday stay visiting family. Very clean and fully furnished unit described and pictured accurately. My only suggestion is a grab bar or two in the shower. Host was very accessable and although we didn't want for a thing, we felt that any concerns/issues would be dealt with promptly.

Above and beyond!

Anna, the owner literally took her Sunday afternoon and went and purchased a brand new barbecue grill as the barbecue grill that was at the property was not working. She totally made our birthday dinner a success. It is definitely service like this that will keep me coming back. Thank you very much.

We feel at home.

We really liked staying here, the host really makes you feel like you are at home, the house has everything you need to have a very good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet and very close to the city, the Walmart is a few steps away. Definitely next time we go to Denver we would love to stay here again.
