Summary:
This large 3 bedroom ,newly re-designed(April 2024) house has all the updated amenities you would want. Inspired contemporary design home is just steps away from Clark Memorial Hospital and a mile’s drive from Louisville. Open concept living area, three bedrooms and tiled walk-in shower. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances. Kick back on the deck and enjoy the huge private backyard or enjoy the amenities at the newly opened Gateway restaurant and entertainment district.

The Space:
Vaulted cathedral ceilings in main living area. Wifi provided. In house laundry. Clean Contemporary design.

THE LIVING ROOM features new seating for comfortable socializing and TV viewing. The living room and kitchen have plenty of natural light.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped - whether you're reheating leftovers or feeling inspired to create the best ever home cooked meal, we've got you covered! It includes a full-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, pots, pans, plates(for 8) and any utensil you'll need.

THE BEDROOMS can each sleep 2 people. They feature extremely comfortable new mattresses, closet, a chest of drawers and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom features a Full sized bed, and the third bedroom features a Full sized bed. If you are more than 6 people, the couch in the Living Room can be used.

THE BATHROOM, comes fully equipped with towels, toilet paper and shower items. The house is completely private.

The central air conditioning system ensures you are always comfortable anywhere in the house, whether it's summer or winter.

The property is equally suited for business or family trips. We made every effort to ensure the house is one of the highlights of your trip!

If you need anything special to make your stay more enjoyable, please don't hesitate to ask :)

The Neighborhood:
Mexican and Chinese Restaurant right across the street with front door delivery available. Close to walking bridge across Ohio river to Louisville or just hang out and enjoy downtown Jeffersonville. A place to relax, eat, drink and be merry.

One night stay

Had a wonderful stay. Clean and well kept property. Felt safe, had a good night sleep. Great communication with owner of the property and gave wonderful advice on eateries in the area thank you for your hospitality. Definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area again.

Nice place for a family to stay.

Check in was easy, property was as seen in listing and very clean. Host communicated well and had the house stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be staying there again, on our next trip to Louisville.

USTA Gymnastics Nationals Trip

Overall a fantastic stay! Communication with the host was great before and during our trip. The house was very clean and welcoming. Conveniently located on a quiet street at a reasonable distance to travel to and from the event center, things to do, and restaurants etc for a great price. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very close to Louisville!

Very quaint house. We just needed some Rooms for sleeping after exploring Louisville. Not within walking distance of anything, but everything was within a 10 minute drive. We were supplied with less than half a roll of toilet paper and zero paper towels but it wasn’t the end of the world. Beds were comfy and the house was clean!

Amazing Vacation

We attended a basketball tournament in Louisville. The house was 15 minutes from the venue. It met the needs of 6 adults. Enjoyed downtown Jeffersonville. I recommend this home for families and group. Looking forward to next year.

We booked this house for family members coming in for a wedding in Louisville. It was a convenient location to be near Louisville but more affordable prices. Jeffersonville had all we needed for any shopping. The house could have been a little cleaner for our preference but was still comfortable. Overall it served our purposes

Looks are definitely deceiving.

It’s a very old house that has been remodeled to look good in photographs but it’s not that nice. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It worked well for an inexpensive stay for work. Would rate it 5 out of 10. Hopefully you don’t mind squirrels in the attic.

perfect for our weekend meet on louisville campus

Our family needed a place to sleep, eat and relax when our 2 kids were not swimming on campus. We were driving in for the weekend and were unfamiliar with the downtown & campus areas of louisville - they seemed hit or miss for noise, location, etc - we looked at listings across the river and we're so glad we did. This house was perfect for our needs - each of our teens had their own room, we had plenty of food options in cute little Jeffersonville, and the drive to campus was short and easy. The house is not on a fancy street but it turned out to be safe, quiet and really well located which is exactly what we wanted. Overall communication/response was quick and helpful. Huge shoutout to Dana who was amazing. Best. host. ever.

Just enough

This was a beautiful house on the inside, but it is in an interesting area. Only three houses on the block, the one next door appeared as if they were setting it up for another vacation rental home, the other house appears to be a family house but the yard was very over grown so hard to see, across from the three houses is a brick, industrial building, so just a very odd place to have 3 random houses. The inside of those house was great but could definitely use a real deep cleaning, things like the shower door, corners of the bathroom, the couch, dusting etc. There is no where in the bedrooms to set your items. There are just shelves that already have things on them. We were only there for a few days so we made it work, but definitely could be frustrating if you are staying longer. Also no washcloths, just towels, and the hot and cold water in the shower are backwards.We got in super late the first night and one of us ended up taking a cold shower, I was going to reach out to the property manager before we figured out the dial was opposite. Overall it seems like they put work into updating the house but went the cheapest way possible when it came to furnishings or anything else. Again we made this all work, we were there for a quick trip and out of the house most of the time visiting family.

One night layover.

It is a fine place to stay in Jeffersonville for a night. It’s an old house that was seemingly self renovated. It showed its age a little. We were there in the coldest possible weather (-6*F) and the lack of insulation in the floor was evident. But that’s an extreme temperature for the area. The neighborhood is not a nice location, but we didn’t feel unsafe either. It’s just and older house in a commercial area. We liked the open space and the water was nice and hot for a shower. For the price, it’s a good place to stay for a few nights. Owner was nice and communicated even when I was being frustrating I’m sure. I had a little confusion with the door code. But he never seemed irritated, though it would have been easy for him to have gotten irritated with me.

Could have been a cute place!

I am from the Jeffersonville area and returned this Christmas for the holiday. I rented this property as I have an annual nieces and nephews holiday party. This year we have welcomed 2 babies and I chose this place so we could have multiple bedrooms for the babies and room for a board game day. Pictures of the place were likely from when the place was renovated which looked very cute. I received directions to the property 24 hours prior to check in date. I never received a confirmation directly from property manager I had to reach out to him. The check in process was super easy. Upon entry to house it had been cleaned. The manager did reach out to me to ask me to move laundry from washer to dryer which was not a problem. The living room seems dingy. It seemed to have a random dining table and 2 chairs that were not picture and chairs seemed dirty to me. Small area of floor was peeling. Kitchen island had pieces missing from it. The place does have a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. The walls of kitchen and living room had nicks on the walls. You could tell they had tried to spot paint as from an angle could see the difference of paint. Bedrooms were clean but no table lamps at bedside only overhead lighting. Upon my complaint, the manager did offer to buy lamps and bring them over. The bathroom was the worse. The counter drawer front came off when I tried opening it. The whole bathroom cabinet/counter seemed water logged. The shower floor near the sliding door was dirty and the window above cabinet was gross. No blow dryer in bathroom. The place did allow dogs which is nice and I am not suggesting uncleaniness was from animals. Overall I was not comfortable at this place. It looked as if it had been used as a party house and not at all what I needed it for or what it looked like in the pictures. We did not stay and I asked for at the least, a one night refund which I was told was not his policy. The manager did say that they tried to keep the price low which was a bonus and I understand that but I think the place needs to be deeply cleaned and repainted to make it more of what it looked like in the online pictures. Wished this would of worked out but I didn’t feel comfortable. Good place for Derby weekend or people that like to party. Nonway to attach the photos I took.

Quick trip to Louisville

This house is a very quick location to all the fun things happening in Louisville without the Louisville Price the house manager is very responsive to any needs.

Stayed for daughters graduation

Overall ok, felt I was charged too much for cleaning fees due to having pets when the house wasn’t clean. The shower did not look clean and doors were dirty. The floors had dust balls and hair as well.
