Tucson Tri-Level Mt Lemmon Retreat w/multiple decks is walkable to Summerhaven

This tri-level Cabin located on Mt. Lemmon, AZ is a unique sanctuary from the Desert Valley at the base of the Mountain. This home features 3 Decks, with lovely views, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a garage, with year round access, while being walkable to Summerhaven.

Bedroom 1 is a loft on the top level. Which is open to the main/middle level. On the loft there is 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with a full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is on the lower level and has 1 King Bed.
Bedroom 3 is on the lower level and has 1 Queen & 1 Twin Bed.
The lower level also has it's own living area and 1 full bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is off of the middle level and has a bunk bed with 2 Twin Beds. The middle level also hosts the main living area, dining area, kitchen and a 1/2 bath and laundry room.

There is a pack n play available.

In addition to the above the cabin has 3 decks and a 2 car garage.

Please note that we do have external cameras set up at the entrances to the home. These are not intended to monitor you for your stay but are there for the security of the home. There are 2 near the main front door, 1 outside of the garage, and 1 at the entrance from the lower level.

This house and neighborhood are stunningly beautiful! The lovely, interesting and unique decorative touches made us feel like we were living in the pages of an Architectural Digest magazine! Through no human fault, there were severe water restrictions at the property (and on the whole mountain) while we were there so that none of us could shower or use the decadent claw footed bathtub. We are grateful to have experienced this incredible property.

Beautiful clean home, shops, hiking and fishing are near by. The home is laid out well but the large wide porches were where we spent most of the time eating on the table and playing games. We do recommend this home for a stay on Mount lemon.

A few days with friends

Nice escape from the heat

We spent two nights in Summerhaven away from the heat and it was beautiful. The star gazing at night was incredible. Cabin was clean and had enough beds and space for people to spread out.

Excellent location and great experience

Everything was excellent except for the size of the cabin. The pictures in the posting was a bit misleading, the pictures give the impression the cabin is more spacious than it is, seems like some camera trick was used to make it look more spacious. But otherwise everything else was good, hosts were prompt in the responses, checkin was easy, cabin was clean. But I wouldn't have paid so much if I had known about the size of the cabin.

Accommodating

The guys had a warm place to eat, sleep and shower. Spacy and fully accommodating for 3 construction crew members while they work at the Mt Lemmon Fire Station. :)

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay!

My family loved staying at the cabin. There was plenty of room and things to do. We didn’t have to leave the mountain at all. We had all the entertainment and supplies we needed. The family also enjoyed walking to the shops, restaurants, hiking, sledding, and driving to the ski lift for a ride. We were very comfortable here and I highly recommend this cabin.

Pre-Christmas getaway

The cabin was beautiful and host very gracious. Our family and in-laws had a great time visiting Summerhaven, exploring Mt. Lemon and relaxing in the spacious cabin. Glad we found this place. Billey family.

Bed bugs

My family and I have traveled to Mt. Lemmon every year for a family get away in the woods. Every year that we’ve traveled we’ve rented a cabin at Mt. Lemmon and our experience has been great. Unfortunately, this time we didn’t run with the same luck. The cabin was infested with bed bugs. My nephew and niece ended up at urgent care for bed bug bites. What was more disturbing is that even after reporting this to the owner in person and showing him the photos of the bed bugs at the property he ignored us. He told us we needed to leave immediately (although it was 10 am and our check out time was 11 am) because he was expecting other renters. I told him that it was illegal because of health concerns to rent the property with bed bugs. He disregarded this. We also feel the owner violated our privacy. He told us he had seen us on his outdoor cameras staying up late. I

Magic on the mountain

This is the second time staying at this cabin. We love the space, it is warm and cozy, clean and well stocked. But the magic is sitting on the deck surrounded by the pine trees in the crisp mountain air while drinking a cup of coffee surrounded by the people I love. We will be back!

Wonderful holiday weekend with family

Had an amazing stay at the property. Family has asked to make it an annual tradition. Beautiful relaxing location with access to hiking and small village with a bit of shopping and restaurants. Accommodations were comfortable for the 8 adults. Kitchen was well stock as we prepared all our meals for four days here. Highly recommended!

Incredible place!

Real close cabin to Summerhaven. 3 level cabin, lots of room for the whole family, inside and outside. Lots of balconies with nice views. Very comfortable furniture? Extremely clean and very well stocked! Would love to stay again!!

Family time at the Mountain Cabin

Very difficult seeing the roads late at night. The road to the cabin was blocked due to snow but the directions from the host on a different entrance was very helpful. The cabin was lovely and met all the essential needs. Loved the fire place and the decks. The views were beautiful. This would be a great place for our family during the summer vacations. We all enjoyed out short stay.

Views!!

Great location on the mountain. Close to town but home feels very private with amazing views! Everything was just as described and having a garage to park in especially with the snow was a huge bonus. Communication when booking was great! Definitely looking forward to another stay.
