This home sits in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood that's right in the middle of Tampa. It's wonderfully walkable, with Adventure Island, Busch Gardens, and Takomah Trail Park all less than a mile away. Downtown Tampa, home to such attractions as the Tampa Museum of Art, is only nine miles south as well.

The experience of this home begins outdoors, in a back garden that's shaded by mature trees. It's the perfect spot to host a barbecue, dine alfresco, and gather with friends on the deck, on the patio, or around the outdoor firepit.

The two-story interior is full of special details of wood and stone. Prepare meals using stainless steel appliances in the cozy kitchen, stream movies after dinner in a living room that's illuminated by a wall of windows, and bring board games outside to the picnic table at sunset. When it's time to turn in, there are two air-conditioned sleeping nooks in the loft, where you'll fall asleep beneath the rafters.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
