This dog-friendly haven comfortably sleeps eight and features three bedrooms. Enjoy modern comforts with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, large smart TV, and WiFi. Relax in the fenced backyard with a gas grill and fire pit, or take a dip in the community pool (open March-October). Explore 30A with four provided bikes and the miles of nearby paved paths, and end your day with a short stroll to the pristine white-sand beaches.

Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path just steps from Sandy Pause, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the Campbell beach walkover awaits, just steps from the home, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
