Each bedroom has a Roku Smart TV. Additional TVs are located in the main living room, lower family room, and game room (5 total).

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, waffle iron, crock pot, coffee grinder, and all the cookware you need to prepare meals at home. The rustic wood dining table seats 8+ and is perfect for shared meals or board games.

🔐 Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the home, decks, hot tub, fire pit, garage game room, kayaks, and trails. The front door and garage feature keyless entry. Wi-Fi, access codes, and your welcome guide will be emailed one week before arrival.

💬 Interaction with Guests:
We are available if you need anything during your stay. You'll receive a welcome email with entry codes, local tips, and all the info you need for a smooth arrival and stay.

🗺️ Getting Around:
The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood just south of Sunriver. The paved driveway provides easy access and is maintained during snowstorms. The nearest convenience store is 10 minutes away; Sunriver IGA is 10-15 minutes. If arriving via Bend, we recommend grocery shopping there for the best selection and prices.
