Only one block away from St Pete Beach, 2021 Traveler's Choice "BEST BEACH IN AMERICA" by Trip Advisor. Coming back from the beach, wash off with the convenient retro outside shower. My name is Tim. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer for 13 years. We have 4 children ages 19, 13, 12, and 8. I grew up in Boston, but currently live in Indiana and have been here for many years. I own a great painting company and have a real estate license and love home renovation. Our family has grown to love Florida and we visit as much as we can. My father also lives here in Florida so we use that as our excuse to vacation here in Saint Pete Beach as much as we can!

We bought this house for three reasons. Location, location, location! We love this area and when we found this house we fell in love with it! We are doing exactly what we planned to do with it and that is to enjoy it with our family and share that same great experience with other people and families! And if we're lucky enough, maybe someday retire to it. This house needed a lot of love when we purchased it. We poured our hearts and souls into it to make it beautiful and everything it is today!
