NO STEPS! Our Coastal Ranch is as peaceful as it gets. 3 Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths with an outdoor shower. It sits on a corner lot lined with Palm Trees. We offer a four-season rental! When you walk in the door you'll know you deserved this vacation. It's full of Clean & Cozy. We are only 6 minutes from the beach and located right before you cross the bridge. This home provides easy access for parents, grandparents and kids with plenty of front and backyard to play in and located in a cul-da-sac. I'm easy to reach, anytime.

A quick note about the weather: If you see a rain prediction in the forecast, donât panic. Seriously. About 99% of the time, it doesnât happen. The ocean winds usually push those clouds right out of the area. Unless the forecast shows a 98â100% chance of rain, it's likely to stay dry.
In fact, whenever we see guests cancel plans because of a rainy forecast, we throw our bags in the car and head straight to the beach! Locals know the secretâthose ârainy daysâ often turn out to be the best beach days, with fewer crowds and gorgeous skies.

We wanted a home that was not on the water (less maintenance), had a huge yard, was not in a flood zone, and had no steps. Our home offers easy access for both our parents and kids. We have large front and back yards to play in, and itâs located in a cul-de-sac with no through trafficâjust 4 minutes from the beach. Our neighbors live here full-time and keep an eye on our home 24/7. We love our neighbors!
