A very nice and comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony, in a quiet, residential part of Kołobrzeg, close to the beautiful sandy beach. The accommodation is located in the western part of the resort, and this location ensures relative peace and quiet, even during the summer season. The western Kołobrzeg beach also has the advantage that even in summer you can feel comfortable on it, it is not as crowded as it is closer to the city center. However, you can quickly and efficiently travel to the heart of the resort by bike, city bus or even on foot (approx. 20 minutes walk). A sunny 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of a small guesthouse. It consists of a separate bedroom, a living room (a double sofa bed, TV, dining table), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is available to the public at no extra charge. On the other side of the street (20 m), the owner of the property has another guesthouse, which has a shared lounge in the garden, with a gazebo, barbecue facilities and deckchairs. On the ground floor of the building there is a bar where you can order a nutritious breakfast or a tasty home-made dinner. Included in the price: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, WiFi internet, parking, baby cot and high chair (prior reservation required). Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The perfect location allows direct and quick access to the wonderful and wide beach. There is also the longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10), only 300 meters from the holiday resort. Nearby attractions: The international bicycle route R-10 runs nearby and connects almost all towns on the Polish Baltic coast. The apartment is located in a quiet, quiet residential area, but for people who want to get a lot more attractions, you can go to the center of Kołobrzeg, enjoying the many attractions that this city offers. In the city, we can visit the wonderful port, pier, seaside promenade, all enriched with many different events and attractions all year round. We can get to the city center by regular public transport, bicycle path or car. The neighboring town of Dźwirzyno is also a seaside town bordering on Grzybowo and Kołobrzeg, with a typical tourist character. The location is worth visiting because of the Resko lake, where you can spend time actively, renting various types of swimming equipment. The main attraction on the lake is windsurfing due to the shallow state of the lake and the favorable wind.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. Only dogs up to 10 kg allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
