A short walk from King St. 'The Bermuda' is a spacious private historic property. Rare downtown amenities include the fabulous shared Spring Island Collection Pool, right across the street! The property offers an open kitchen & living area, along with traditional southern piazza. Plenty of space for guests to relax. Property amenities also include parking, dog run, and lush landscaping.
The Space:
The Bermuda is a completely restored unit on the first floor of a historic Charleston home and across the street from the Spring Islands resort-style pool. Cozy aesthetics paired with spacious bedrooms make 'The Bermuda' the perfect place to rest while enjoying your vacation.
The Bermuda can accommodate up to 8 guests between 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, kitchen and cozy living room.
Flex Bedroom #1 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite bath
Bedroom #2 – King bed + Ensuite bath
Bedroom #3 – Queen bed + Ensuite bath
Living Room – King-size luxury memory foam sleeper sofa + Shared with an ensuite bath
* All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*
Enjoy the resort-style pool, heated to 85 degrees during the cooler months, located in Spring Island East, across Spring Street, socialize on your front porch, explore the quaint up-and-coming neighborhood, and savor a rich selection of dining options all within walking distance. Guest Access:
Each unit is equipped with coded locks that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock near the pool for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in.

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.
Getting Around:
Become a Charleston local at 'The Bermuda'. Located in the heart of the downtown peninsula, with a neighborhood location Rated a 97/100 walkability score. Explore Charleston with ease from any of our units in The Spring Islands Collection.
Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies. Contact our property managers with any further questions about getting around town.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
