Welcome to The Wildflower, your cozy retreat in Colorado Springs! Nestled in a picturesque setting, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom house offers a private entrance, patio, and backyard, providing the perfect backdrop for your Colorado getaway.

LIVING ROOM
Kick back and catch up on your favorite shows on the 55” Roku Smart TV, or utilize the queen-sized pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. Need to catch up on work? Our well-equipped workstation offers a comfortable spot to stay productive, complete with lightning-fast fiber Wi-Fi. With the flip of a switch, cozy up with the fireplace right in the living room for the perfect ambiance!

KITCHEN
Prepare delicious meals in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials you need for a memorable family dinner. Fuel your mornings with a cup of coffee from the Keurig before heading out to explore the wonders of Colorado Springs.

BACKYARD
Step into our backyard oasis and unwind by the fire pit as you soak in the stunning Colorado sunset. Whether you're grilling up a feast or toasting marshmallows under the stars, our outdoor space is designed for relaxation and memorable moments with loved ones.

BEDROOMS
Indulge in a restful night's sleep in any of our comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality bedding and thoughtful touches to ensure your comfort. Bedroom 1 features an ultra-comfortable King mattress, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer cozy queen-sized mattresses and charming decor.

BATHROOMS
Pamper yourself in our well-appointed bathrooms, stocked with quality amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more. We've thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from hair dryers to extra toiletries.

LAUNDRY
Stay fresh throughout your stay with the convenience of our in-house laundry facilities, equipped with a new washer and dryer set, iron, and fresh washing detergent.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire house. Our home is set up like a side-by-side duplex with no access between this main house and the newer guest suite! Enjoy the private patio and private off street parking too!

The Neighborhood:
A hop skip and a jump away from beautiful Memorial Park. We are located on the north side of the park in a safe, quiet, and charming historic neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late

*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Our house is set up like a duplex and there is no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and off street parking staying with us at the back of the property.

Don't worry about our stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city: A-STRP-23-1307
