Perched on the edge of the Pacific, this split-level 3-bedroom 2 bath home sleeps up to 6 with plenty of space for everyone. The open and airy floorplan makes relaxation and enjoyment an easy accomplishment while on vacation. Step down into the living room where the unobstructed ocean vistas will amaze you. The vaulted and beamed living room contains plenty of seating with 2 comfortable sofas and 2 chairs along with a game table for evening entertainment. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace where you can enjoy your favorite "on the rocks" drink or just a good book! Two bedrooms with Queen beds are in the main hall and share a full bath. Take several steps down and immerse yourself in the beautiful master bedroom with more stunning views. The ensuite bath has a soaking tub and large tile walk-in shower to enjoy after a day out exploring.

Wind down out on the large ocean front deck and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. Listen to the birds roosting on the rock formation and watch for seals and sea lions who may perch on the rocks. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
