Our courtyard apartment which is part of a large home built in 1853 is walking distance to fine dining, shopping, historic tours, & sightseeing. Fully furnished with kitchenette & starter coffee, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens & paper goods. Our time traveling guests love the stylish wine cellar apartment & it's convenient location. We use coded door locks for access that we will provide upon booking. You will enter the ground floor of the property through the covered alcove beneath the stairs. Exclusive & private use of first floor space as well as courtyard. You are welcome to use the private courtyard area. There is an outdoor seating area near the bubbling fountain where you can enjoy your afternoon cocktails or evening star gazing. There is a charcoal grill with an outdoor dining area that you can use as well
We are located in the center of a hip residential & commercial historic district. The location is quiet & peaceful with a short distance walk to Forsyth Park. It is ideal for the fun loving enthusiast, the purist history buffs or the avid partygoers.
Being in located in the center of town you are able to walk to most places or also Uber proves to be quite handy.
There is public parking on Liberty Street. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs however we can encourage you to use the private parking located in alley way behind the house. For your security & our security, we must insist that the plum colored access door to the parking area be kept locked at all times to ensure the safety from all unwanted visitors.
No Smoking is allowed. This is strictly enforced. If this policy is violated you will be charged an additional $200.00. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. No excessive loud music in court yard. Please double check for all personal items when you depart- minimum $25 service fee to return items left behind to cover shipping & handling. DAMAGE: Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves, or guests during their stay. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow The House Rules written here & posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. We are proud to be pet friendly. Your pets can enjoy the courtyard however the pet cannot be left unattended in the courtyard & guests must pick up animal waste prior to departure. Due to close proximity of other historic homes, guests must be able to control dog barking as not to become a disturbance to nearby homeowners. A pet fee of $70.00 per pet is required.
