This backyard has it all... A 600 sq/ft covered seating area with cooling fans and barbecue, as well as an array of games to entertain guests. Some may opt to enjoy their time inside cuddled up on the leather sectionals in 1 of 2 large family rooms each equipped with an 86” 4k smart TV. A smart home that allows for the pool to be heated to your desired temperature for $75 a day (heater runs with filter schedule at 85 degrees) and the spa may be heated at no cost. The house I-Pad will provide access to all the house controls.
