Welcome to Summer by the Sea PCB at the amazing Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.
This is a luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath, second-floor ocean-view, golf course villa--skip the elevators and can park directly in front of your villa. This is the only full-service gated resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. The beach is a 3 min walk across the street or you can enjoy the free golf cart tram service to the beach or anywhere on the resort.
Enter the condo and walk into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is wood and tile flooring throughout. The kitchen features quartz counter space with tile backsplash, and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired.
Appliances are stainless steel and include a refrigerator/freezer, range and oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There is a pass-through bar in the dining area with three bar seats. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four and flows into the living area which has a couch, recliner, a coffee table and two side chairs.
Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV above. Plenty of light comes through the large floor to ceiling window, and sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained resort grounds with views of the beach.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a triple dresser with flat-screen Smart TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom has a large vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, and a separate room with toilet and combination tub/shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a set of full-size bunk beds with a pull-out twin, a double dresser with flat screen Smart TV and ample closet space. The guest room also has sliding glass doors out to the balcony overlooking the pool, and there is an entrance from this bedroom into the second full bath that has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, toilet, and combination tub/shower. The laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The villa amenities include ceiling fans, all linens and towels, private washer and dryer, and complimentary high-speed fiber Wi-Fi.
--> Guests must complete Edgewater's online Guest Registration prior to arrival and pay the Guest Registration Fee of $50 which provides one vehicle pass, resort wristbands, and access to amenities. One extra vehicle pass is $30.
Edgewater is a sprawling resort showcasing 11 pools, a kids' splash area, four hot tubs, a fitness center, and a workout studio. In season, you can book beach chair rentals, paddle boards and beach bonfires through Edgewater's very own Goin' To the Beach services.
Come golf at the Gulf! Edgewater maintains its very own Executive Par-3 Golf Course. You'll also find basketball hoops, three pickleball courts, 10 shuffleboard courts, and 10 tennis courts. Book a lesson with our tennis pro and up your game while you're here.
During the summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection's Adventure Zone activities. Multiple resort-level dining options abound! Off the main lagoon pool deck you can dine at the Gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza, and cool off with your favorite daiquiri at Blenders Poolside service. You will find everything from hand-dipped ice cream to beach floats at Edgie's Corner Market.
Edgewater offers complimentary tram service throughout the resort. The resort is centrally located with just a short walk to multiple local dining and shopping options and just a short ride to Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park. NO PETS, SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
