Nice place, good value

Great for my wife and me for 10 days. Reasonably priced. Master bed very comfortable. No cable, but some free TV stations (Roku TV, Pluto TV). Kitchen appliances good; kitchen table small, only 2 can eat there. Great backyard - spacious, big table where we ate and kept up on email. Note there are really only 2 BR's (master with king, 2nd BR with two beds) - there is a sleep sofa in the family room.

Unresolved Issues

Property was just as pictured - very charming. Backyard was also very nice and a great place to relax. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay challenging. As longtime VRBO users we were disappointed that this experience was not what we were accustomed to. The listing states there was heat - but didn't mention heat was a space heater. Two very chilly days resulted in morning temperatures of 63 and the 58 degrees in the house. After a second communication to the owner and over a day later a second space heater was delivered which helped somewhat. There were no instructions on how to operate the televisions and when we asked to help we got the promise of a return call which never happened. For a 2 week stay we had minimal supplies - like 1 trash bag. The shower drained very slowly. Two people could not shower back to back without the shower overflowing. A plumber was promised sometime during the week but didn't show up by the time we checked out. Instructions for trash and recycling were lacking. We were told to put trash out in the containers outside which obviously had not been emptied in a long time. Again, a very cute property with too many issues.
