Both bedrooms have a TV, plenty of storage, and ceiling fans to help you to sleep. The townhome has central air-conditioning as well. The primary bedroom opens onto a private balcony. What to do and see while you are in PCB.......there's the beach itself: 27 miles of glorious sand and surf. The sunsets over the Gulf are beautiful, and there's a good chance that you'll see dolphins leaping and splashing as you swim. Canoe, kayak, fish, paddleboard, parasail, bodyboard, race jet skis or collect shells anytime you wish. Three golf courses—Holiday, Hombre, and Signal Hill—are within a ten-minute drive. Less than ten minutes away are Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks Educational Amusement Center and ZooWorld. Less than twenty minutes away is St. Andrews State Park, where you can walk or bike along paths, snorkel, scuba dive, fish, spot all sorts of birds and possibly see some alligators.
