Apt area is quiet despite being centrally located. It is nestled between the airport , CNM campus, House of Lobos PIT/track field and Puerta del Sol Golf Course.

These units are ideal for SHORT STAY vacations as it is close to airport and has easy fast access to convention center, hospitals , family friendly places , events like Balloon Fiesta. Also great for those who are coming for sporting events, travelers and for vacation.

They are also great for LONG STAYS for students or professionals working or studying at UNM/CNM/Presbyterian /Lovelace/ Heart and very close to VA hospital. Ideal for Netflix crew and those at Air Force Base. Great for staycation, traveling nurses, families visiting loved ones, those caring for sick family members at the hospital.

Our cozy apt has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed with comfortable mattresses and walk in closet in each bedroom
Each unit gives you a sense of privacy. There is a private entrance and private bath in each 2br apt.

There is a window in each room with lots of light and you may choose to darken the space to rest with our black out curtain made from recycle planet friendly material.

There is a central Air Conditioner

There are metal bars on windows and an additional metal front door for added security.

Bathrooms are updated and equipped with hair dryer, qtip, paper towel, bath gel and shampoo.

Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker , built in stainless steel microwave, stainless steel appliances ( fridge , stove and oven) .
Stocked with dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, glasses.

TV - wifi and Roku or Xfinity FLEX box with apps you can use if you have an account. Free movies on Peacock app.

Parking : off-street parking space and plenty of free street parking. Max cars per unit :2

We have purposely left out any rugs so as to clean the unit thoroughly before the next guest arrives. It is hard to maintain hygiene with rugs and pets otherwise.

It is located close to the Airport, Nob Hill, UNM, CNM, Air Force Base, Netflix, restaurants, and Sporting events - baseball, track field, The PIT, Isotopes Park, National Cultural Hispanic Center, and hospitals. This area is walkable and within a short distance you are at the House of Lobos Tract Field , Isotopes Park and CNM campus.

Quick freeway access through I-25 to Rio Rancho , Westside, Intel , Balloon Fiesta Park, Corrales , Bosque Trails, Rio Grande River Kayaking, Foot hills hiking
, Santa Fe, Casinos, Taos, Ski resort( Santa Fe and Sandia Ski ) , Tramway car.

Enjoy beautiful NM sunset through the unobscured Westside space across the parking space. It is truly beautiful and different everyday. You can also enjoy seeing colorful hot air balloons through this magnificent open sky in October every year.

The trash cans are labelled for each apt.
If you are staying longer than 7 days , we appreciate if you would take your appropriate thrash can to the curbside on Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning and return to its original location. Trash pickup is on early Wednesday morning.

Our home is cleaned after every guest stay and our cleaning crew follows enhanced cleaning process.
Many may find the cleaning fees high, but cleaning crews are being paid more than what you are paying each time they clean.

PETS:
Pets are allowed. Max 2 pets per reservation. Please always keep an eye on your pets AT ALL TIMES and they are not allowed on furniture and beds.
We expect for you to have them in a crate when you are not around.
Please collect all your pets wastes from yard in a thrash bag and place it in the trash can next to the mailboxes in parking spaces.
Please keep your pets on leash when going out to open spaces as there are other guests living in other units.
