What the photos don't show are that there are large patches of peeling paint, damage to the cabinets and some of the things advertised didn’t work as promised or at all.
Air conditioning - Of the 2 ductless AC units, only one was in working order. Confirmed by the property manager when i complained. This was a huge issue because it is very hot in Nassau in August and the central AC was set to 85. When talking to the property manager about the thermostat, they were not familiar with the one in the unit and gave me instructionsbased upon another model. I sent photos and discussed. I studied YouTube. After 2 days, it got down to 79. We could hear the AC running...trying. I did not pay to stay in order to have to deal with this at the end of long days at our event.
1/2 bath -the downstairs toilet did not flush. My roommate discovered parts in the tank were not properly assembled. He left the lid off. We did not use this bathroom again.
Never got the downstairs 70in tv to turn on. Don't know if it actually works. Thought about sleeping downstairs to be cooler but couldn't get the fan to stay on with the light off.
Security - Came back from an event break one afternoon, my roommate and i both noticed changes in our separate rooms plus someone had changed the thermostat. When i contacted property management, they denied anyone else had the access code to enter. But we know someone did enter.
There is a toilet for pool use next door to this unit. It was clogged and disgusting.
