1st Floor:
This home is perfect for multiple families. The 1st level has two bedrooms with king size beds and TVs. There is a workspace desk in one of the king bedrooms. 1 full shower bathroom, and a great room (living room, dining room, kitchen all open). The living space has a TV, dining table seats 9, kitchen island that seats 4, fully stocked kitchen, large sectional couch. The space also has a sliding glass door out to heated pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining and lounge space.

2nd Floor:
The 2nd level has large Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, workspace with a desk, sliding door to cover deck access, and a full shower bathroom. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full tub/shower combo bath. Spacious family room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and two chairs that make out to twin beds. The family room also as double sliding doors to two covered decks.

The exterior property is monitored by cameras. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home or on the pool/spa area. Pool is heated to 85 Oct-April. This is a non smoking home & premise which includes back yard and front porch areas.

Family get away

We try to go somewhere warmer than home every Christmas. St. Augustine is where we went this year.. although weather didn't necessarily cooperate the accommodations where as pictured & a prefect fit for our family. Nice ammenities & extras like paper towels, laundry pods & trash bags (things not often included in other rentals we have stayed). We would definitely come back!

90% Blissful

The interior of the property was blissful but there were a few minor problems. We didn't have hot water in the downstairs shower the first couple of days and there were active wasp nests on the back balcony, the outdoor rocking chairs had to be cleaned off before use and the pool would have been amazing except for the leaves that quickly accumulated each morning. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable with a huge gathering place. Even with the few problems, we would definitely stay there again. The property manager was great and took care of the situations as soon as we let her know about them.

Wonderful & clean

This gem is all it is advertised to be. Super clean, very well stocked with lots of extras. The heated pool and hot tub were both well used due to a few cold days that surprised us. We rented the golf cart so that made beach access and several very good restaurants easy to get to. We loved this place and will be back

Family Get-together

Great location and home for our family get together. Communications with owner was outstanding, Home is very clean and well-maintained. 10 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine and they walk from the beach. Highly recommend.

Extended family gathering

This house was perfect for our family of 9! Comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location. Beach was just over 5 minutes. Hot tub was a lovely bonus for us. The house was very nicely decorated and has everything you need, from toiletries to cookware. We would definitely stay here again!

Multi-family vacay

Great house! Pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was clean, had great water pressure in the showers, and the washer and dryer were large capacity! The only suggestion I have is rent a golf cart for carting to the beach. This was a must for us, especially with having kids and grandparents!

Great House

We all loved it especially the grandkids loved the pool. Just wished it had been a little closer to the beach but it all worked out. The shower door for the two bedrooms downstairs needs a sliding door, that was the only suggestion I could make.

Beautiful House Great Location!

Our large family and extended family stayed while in town for a wedding! The house was exactly as listed and for our needs perfectly! The property manager was very responsive if we needed anything! The location was fabulous! We were close to the beach and within a few minutes of food, shopping, and downtown St. Augustine! Our only complaint is very minor, the cleaning company seemed to miss restocking some items or didn’t supply enough, such as toilet paper, wash cloths and towels in the kitchen and the breaker for the outlets in the master bathroom must have been flipped at some point because none of those outlets on the second floor worked and the breaker box is locked (understandable), but it did make it difficult to get the family ready for the wedding. Other than that, we were extremely happy with our stay!

Birthday Bliss!

What a memorable 60th Birthday celebration! This home had it all and more… plenty of room and fun for 5 kiddos under 8. The room above the stairs was the “Cousin’s” room. Beach and pool were perfect for them to expend energy. The many porches with rockers were relaxing lounging for adults. A nicely stocked kitchen made family cooking a treat. The large table was a great gathering place for crafting and togetherness. “Caps on the Water” restaurant was an excellent meal choice. Historical and tourist spots were nearby, but we just enjoyed our “home” and family time!! Thank you for being a part of our family memories!

Vilano gem close to everything

Our stay here was amazing. Home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything that suits all vacation styles. Close to the beach to the east and the inter coastal to the west. A couple of really nice restaurants, both on the water, a mile or so away. Grocery store, pizza restaurant/bar less than two miles away. This home was very clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need. Pool/spa/patio is spacious and incredibly relaxing. Historical St Augustine is a short two mile drive or ride share company away. The home host Tamara was amazing. She was very attentive, responsive and made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend staying here and if we ever revisit Vilano/St Augustine we’ll definitely stay here again. Give it a go…you won’t be disappointed!

Vilano Miss!

We rented this place 100% for the pool and when we arrived it looked like the pool had been abandoned due to all the leaves falling off the trees in the backyard. The pool guy came by 3 times and told us the owners should have told us how bad the leaves are from Mid-March to Mid-April…. Huge disappointment! In addition the house felt cheap / you could hear anyone in any other room in the home and the downstairs looked like it was decorated straight out of an IKEA! Get your money back if you still can - so many nicer places to rent. We have been gone 24 hours and still extremely disappointed the owner was not honest with us. We approached him and he tried to buy our silence if we did not leave a review. Pool furniture was garbage too and the umbrella in back was broken…. Also you stare straight at neighbors home from the kitchen looking out as well from the backyard. Finally - when we arrived it was dark out and zero lights were left on for our arrival and air was pushed up to 75 degrees. Vilano Bliss = Vilano Miss!

We had a group of six friends at this property. We absolutely loved it. The location was ideal. Quick drive into Saint Augustine and an easy walk across A1A to the ocean. Spent hours in the pool. They had plenty of Floaties and noodles. Kitchen was well equipped. Property was immaculate. Can’t say enough about this property.

We had a great time during our family birthday celebration. The location is perfect with the beach 3 blocks away and downtown 10 minutes aways by car. The house was so modern, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and house was well stocked with towels, kitchen needs, and beach amenities. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this property! It was spacious and updated, plenty of towels and household products. The pool, spa, and outdoor shower were awesome, and it was in a great location. It was so easy to check-in and the property manager was great to work with!

A great place to stay

Vilano Bliss was beautiful! There were 12 of us that stayed there, ranging in ages from the littlest at 2.5 to grandparents in their 70s. The house was comfortable, clean and there was plenty of space and amenities for all of us. We had a couple of small issues, but they were quickly resolved by the property manager and cleaning manager, which was great! The communication was open and friendly throughout our stay. The nearby beach was terrific. Quiet, not crowded and peaceful, it was a quick golf cart ride away, but we could have walked. (I’d recommend renting the golf carts though!) The pool was perfect, and the location gave us easy access to plenty of activities in both Vilano beach and St. Augustine. It was close to a Publix, which was convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants (and so many ice cream shops!) in nearby driving distance. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Vilano beach! We had 6 “kids” with us (2.5, 8, 16, 16, 22, 22) and they all had SUCH a good time…as did the rest of us!

July 4th Summer Family Vacation

We always go to the beach every July 4th with our children and parents. We loved the location. The neighborhood has 3 wonderful restaurants super close that we could take the golf cart to. We had enough room for each child to have their own bed or sleeping space and two master suites! The pool was a blast and the house was super close to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The house was stocked with all kinds of necessities and a ton of pool towels. We couldn't ask for anything better!

We are a family of six that loves the beach and traveling with other families. We have explored many beaches and Vilano Beach is our favorite. Vilano Bliss truly is located in what we call a slice of paradise (1.5 blocks to inner coastal water and 3 blocks to the ocean water. Sunrise on the beach and sunset on the inner coastal is a favorite way to start and end a day. We love the house has 5 bedrooms. More bedrooms than average for the area makes this house perfect for larger families. The beach is generally calm waves, warmer water and easy access.
