Great location and what a view!

What a beautiful apartment! The location was fabulous and the furnishings were comfortable - just a great place to relax at the end of a busy day touring Paris. But the view was most spectacular! Can't wait to come back with my family for another visit!! Everything was Paris Perfect!

Mother-daughter trip - 7eme

Romanee was perfect for my daughter and me. Great location, lovely main room, private bedrooms and baths for each. And the view! Truly breathtaking when the tour starts sparkling! We only ate breakfast at the apartment, but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We loved it!! Note the second bedroom does not have a closet.

Great location

This was an amazing location with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. Spacious living area. Bedrooms are on the small side, but beds were comfortable. Bathrooms accommodate 4 people getting ready at once. Excellent cafes within walking distance. Metro is a short walk away. Greeted by Paris Perfect representative to show us around the apartment and make sure we were comfortable. They allowed us to keep our luggage at their office until we were ready for our pickup. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

Beautiful Apartment, Perfect View!

We (two couples) stayed in the Romanee apartment for 6 nights in September and were very pleased with the accommodations. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to how well it was equipped, but the location is fantastic - easy walking distance to the Seine, great restaurants and markets. This apartment does *not* have a balcony as described in the listing but was still perfect without one. Quiet and comfortable! Be sure to take advantage of the local bakeries - there's a reason the French people are all carrying around those baguettes!!!

Romanee

We spent a week at Romanee in July 2016. The location was extremely convenient and magical. We woke up every morning to a view of the Eiffel tower and went to sleep seeing its twinkling lights. My morning routine was to wake up and walk to the nearest "boulangerie" bakery, to get French croissants and pastries. The apartment had a very functional kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. We ate out for dinner. I would highly recommend this apartment and Paris Perfect. They explained everything really well and the tours we went on were great. Kasia's fashion tour was a hit and my girls loved Alex for the night tour. We had a fantastic time.

PARIS PERFECT

We stayed in Romanee, my wife and children and a friend and everything was perfect. The passcode that was given to us had been changed the first day we were there and it was Saturday night and we could not get in contact with the Paris Perfect Office, but a kind neighbor realized what had happened and gave us the new code and said "Welcome to Paris". Other than this initial snafu everything else was perfect. The view extraordinary, the apartment clean, comfortable and well-appointed and the neighborhood was perfect, with many restaurants and Rue Cler closeby. This visti will be long remember by my family as a success! Merci Beaucoup Paris Perfect!!!

The apartment was magnificent--just as pictured in the photos. The memory of the Eiffel Tower view will last a lifetime and the location was extremely convenient. We could take the Metro or walk nearly everywhere from here, but the best part was the mere 2 blocks to the Eiffel Tower and just a couple more to Rue Cler and surrounding neighborhood. Our family (2 adults, 2 children 9 and 11) found the apartment very spacious and well appointed. The beds were large and comfortable, even by American standards. The kids chose to share a bed, but could have easily used the Murphy bed or couch in the living room. Having 2 large bathrooms was great. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials and there was a lovely "welcome basket" that included juice, Nespresso coffee pods and some other nice treats. We loved the bookshelf filled with Paris and France travel books, and the Paris Perfect guide to neighborhood markets, cafes and such. The reservation and chec k-in process was very easy and I felt comfortable and informed along the way. I have recommended the apartment and Paris Perfect to friends and would stay here again.

Huge quiet space for a city apartment. Luxurious Paris.

Plus was of course first the view. The main living space and kitchen were absolutely amazing in terms of space and comfort. Bedrooms were comfortable and whole the one bath is kind of crazy for showering it can be done. Check in was well managed. Get ready to be very frustrated in working the washer/dryer and range. Instruction manuals not there and online search and call to manager were completely useless. So good luck. Elevator and quiet nature of building make this a really practical spot. It’s a 8-10 min walk to metro. Grocery closer is so-so but a 10 min walk gets you to a lot of great stuff. If they removed about 20 of the outdated decor items and fake plants it would look really awesome and be more functional. Always moving junk to set our things somewhere.. Glass cleaner for the always dirty glass table would be nice. Removing gross blue liquid bath soap would also be more luxurious and more on brand. Bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. Awesome hair dryers though.

Very nice!

The location is terrific, amble restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and shops abound. The pictures are accurate. You can really see everything just as shown. All appliances worked great and were easy to use. Apartment is quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Paris. 10/10 would recommend!

Everything you need, AWESOME view!

Property is truly fully equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but if we wanted to, it would have been very easy. Location is excellent with restaurants and grocery on the same block. Bus is close, metro a little farther but still easy distance. The best feature is the unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Gorgeous both day and night. Kevin explained everything about the apt well, absolutely nothing negative about our visit. We’d stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A View Unlike Most in the City of Lights

“The Romanee apartment is beautifully situated for those of us who love the 7th arrondisement and neighborhoods surrounding the Eiffel Tower. It has easy access to bus lines and the Seine and many restaurants and amenities in the immediate area to allow for you to live as a Parisian for the week. The apartment was in excellent condition yet has the feel of the French culture and style. Four of us stayed in the apartment. My sister unfortunately took ill and required hospitalization for a number of days, and the staff at Paris Perfect was outstanding in assisting us with many unexpected details to be taken care of. We have stayed many times with this group and can say we will return to them as they always deliver on their apartments and service to their customers. Thanks for being there for us during this unexpectedly difficult week. ”

A Perfect Stay in Paris!

Our Paris Perfect experience exceeded our expectations! The view is as advertised -- it's stunning! The apartment was clean and very comfortable. While the 2nd bedroom would have been a little tight for two teen girls to share, the Murphy bed in the living room addressed that. In fact, my daughter loved waking up to a view of the Eiffel Tower! The neighborhood was safe, reasonably quiet and within a short walk of some great restaurants and the market on Rue Clear. Oh yeah, the Eiffel Tower at your doorstep never got old either. The staff was accommodating and made check in and check out a breeze. We'll definitely use Paris Perfect again!

Romanee Spring 2017

The apartment was wonderful. Obviously the view was incredible, and the general location was perfect for both major sightseeing excursions and just short walks around the neighborhood. The apartment contained all the amenities and it was very tastefully furnished. My only recommendation for future visitors? The safe operates differently from most hotel safes. Read the instructions carefully before operating.

We can't think of a more perfect way to see Paris! Paris Perfect made our visit stress fee and the Romanee apartment was better than the pictures. As a family of 5, with three kids under 13 we needed more space than a hotel would offer and we wanted to live like locals and experience the city. We used Paris Perfect's itinerary planning service. They did an excellent job of planning out a stay that allowed us to check off all of the sites on our "must see" list. The Paris Perfect staff and the tour guides they contract with were all friendly and knowledgable about their city. They even helped us arrange our transportation to and from the airport. Less than a block from the Eiffel Tower we had cafes & bakeries within walking distance. The apartment has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the living and dining rooms. We watched the light show every night when we came home. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to prepare a few break fasts and dinners. The neighborhood was charming and very friendly to Americans. We walked miles in the city every day and the Metro was easy to use for longer trips. Our kids loved shopping for fresh food, dining in the cafes (especially the one down the block with Cuzco the cat) and the sewer tour. We highly recommend working with Paris Perfect and the Romannee apartment was a good size for our family of five. We all can't wait to visit Paris again.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

The apartment was just as advertised. Such an amazing location and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our windows. It was located in a fabulous area of the 7th with steps away from the Eiffel Tower, quite a few wonderful cafes to choose from within walking distance plus a grocery store just about a block down the street. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated, stocked with all of the amenities needed and very comfortable. My husband, daughter, mother and I were very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment itself was very quiet. The Paris Perfect staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at both Romanee and Mireval. Both apartments were Parisian perfection, and frankly beat our rather high expectations. The staff is astonishingly responsive to any needs you might have or could imagine. We come to Paris annually, and will never book another hotel or apartment through another service.

I can't speak highly enough of our stay in Paris and our apartment "Romanee". It is situated in a lovely part of Paris and we were amazed at how quiet it was at night. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and very quickly felt like home away from home. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our very own lounge window was breathtaking! Our arrival process was seamless and our dealings with the Paris Perfect Team were friendly and helpful. The decision was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: Paris landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
