This recently built craftsmen home has a modern and cheerful vibe. It features a private saltwater pool and hot tub. It is located in a tranquil and safe neighborhood close to the beach. Unique touches throughout the house include locally made concrete tiles and a well appointed kitchen.
Please be aware that this home is on a shared 1.5 acre property. There is a 5 bedroom home next door on the adjacent lot that is also a short term rental (should you need more space to rent out, it is property #730366). It has its own pool and there is a privacy fence between the two houses. There are no shared common areas. A friend and caretaker also lives on the property in his RV. He is the local surf board shaper and repairer of dings. He has lived on the property for 10 years. His friendly dog, Jagger, might come over to greet you. Although there are other occupants on the land, the house feels quite private and is oriented in the opposite direction from the bigger house.

Miksi majoittaja valitsi tämän majoituspaikan
My husband first visited Pescadero 25 years ago on a surf trip to Cabo with friends. He arrived in an old school bus and camped out at the point for several months. His next trip down he purchased this lot and thus began over a decade of planning and building. I fell in love with it because of his passion for the area. It truly is a special place and we feel very blessed to have it as our second home.
