Welcome to Fireside Lodge 102, a charming 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo located right in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort village. With extremely easy ski-in/ski-out access and convenient ground-level entry, this condo is perfect for both winter and summer getaways. You'll be just steps away from restaurants and shops, making it the ideal spot for enjoying everything the village has to offer.
The decor of Fireside Lodge 102 evokes the warmth and charm of a traditional ski cottage, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your winter holiday. During the summer, you can relax on your private balcony and take in the lush greenery across the way.
This condo comfortably accommodates larger groups with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofabed in the living room. Whether you're planning a trip with a larger group, a smaller family, or a couple of friends, this home offers plenty of sleeping space while remaining an affordable option.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
