"Lakeshore Cottage" Pool - Hot Tub - Arcade - Lake Norman Access

"Lakeshore Cottage" is a themed home in that has an incredible kids room w/ 2 bunkbeds, slide & has an arcade that plays nine different games including Ms. Pac-Man & Galaga! We even have a "treasure hunt" for the kids. Comfortable beds for adults and fun for the kids. Backyard is shared with 1 other VRBO and includes a deep pool w/ slide & diving board and hot tub. Located right next to Lake Norman w/ three access lake lots. You can walk to the beach, unload your boat & enjoy a day at the lake.

Backyard is shared but has plenty of activities for you. Includes:

- 3 Putt Putt holes
- Outdoor Bowling that doubles as a long putting green w/ hole
- Pickleball/Basketball Court
- Full-size Sand Volleyball
- Fire-pit w/ 8 Adirondack chairs
- Mega Chess & Mega Checkers
- Playground
- Corn hole

The Space:

As you enter into the property, you will notice a very unique layout with three bedrooms on the main floor and upstairs includes the kitchen, living room, dining room and primary bedroom. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The dining room table seats eight people comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with baking and cooking equipment. There is a Keurig combo coffee machine so you can have single serve or make your own pot of coffee. Kitchen has many smaller appliances like Ninja Blender, waffle maker, Hot water kettle, toaster and more. There is a washer dryer combo located in kitchen area. The primary bedroom upstairs has a high quality King-size mattress (Dyonery King 14 Inch Memory Foam Mattress) with a 4k Roku TV and large closet.

Downstairs you will see the large kids room that is "lake themed" with a large mural wallpaper, custom decor including fishing bedding. There are two bunkbeds with a slide on one. In the kids room is an Arcade game that plays 9 different games.

There are two other bedrooms located on the first level. One has a king size bed along with a 4K Roku TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with double doors to be able to walk out on back patio. There is a full bathroom with tub downstairs.

On the back of the house there is a small patio with beautiful, comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a gas grill.

All guest for this property are allowed to enter into the backyard and enjoy the pool. Pool is shared amongst 1 other VRBO located on this property. Pool has diving board, 8 foot deep pool & slide. Pool is open April 15- October 15th and not heated.

This home is located on 1.5 acres and there is one other VRBO located on the property. They have access to the pool & hot tub as well. If you want to reserve the other property reach out and we will give you link so you could reserve entire property for yourself sleeping 30 people w/ 11 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms! Within 0.2 miles is one of the 3 access lots that gives you ability to swim in Lake Norman. If you have a boat there are 3 boat ramps. One has a brand new custom dock that we paid the majority of cost for our guests.

Other things to note
We do have a pool and hot tub cleaned every week, but sometimes a storm will roll in and drop many leaves and twigs into the pool. We will do our best to keep it clean, but there is a chance with weather and equipment failure that the pool and/or hot tub is not available. It is very rare, but is a possibility and there is no refund if this happens. We promise to let you know prior to if something happens. 2 Pets allowed with $150 pet fee. If you have more pets please reach out and price is determined by breed and size.
