Cool down in the sparkling community pool right next to your home, or head to the beach through the private beach access directly across the street. Marvelous views of the ocean and the sound can be admired from both decks.

The first floor of this retreat hosts a stackable washer/dryer and three inviting bedrooms with Roku TVs, quality linens, and playful beach decor. Two bedrooms, including the primary suite, enjoy access to the deck, furnished with Adirondack chairs.

The second floor features the main living space with an open floor plan that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen effortlessly. The living room welcomes you with inviting sofas surrounding a 55” Roku TV to enjoy your own streaming service besides the provided Spectrum TV App. There are also plenty of board games for family game night. The kitchen will help you prepare the most delicious homemade meals for the group. It's complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. There is also a convenient coffee bar complete with a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The adjoining dining table and the breakfast bar provide dining space. The deck off the main living space hosts a small table and chairs.

The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Good little place
As a whole the place was just fine for the weekend we had but you definitely need to keep in mind if you’re used to the thermostat being below 72° this may not be the place for you. The owner doesn’t allow it below 72° so it was rather warm for us people that are used to a 68°. Vacasa accommodated us with 3 big box fans which definitely helped. The location of the place is very ideal for sure. Right across the street with a private beach access!

Urine Master Bedroom Smell
I dont normally leave reviews but this had to be said. We walked into our master bedroom, and it smelled so strongly of urine, I was unable to sleep in it. We immediately notified Vacasa and they said they would bring in local cleaners. 4 days latee STILL no cleaners. They kept putting us off. They never came. It smelled so bad I could not sleep in the room. Vacasa was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a rental company. Would never rent from them again.
