One bed is in the room in the back and another bed is in the main living area. Wake up to direct views of the ocean! 1 full bathroom with NEW WALK-IN SHOWER, incredible views from the balcony, and access to resort-style amenities. This newly-updated condo for 6 is ideal for your next Myrtle Beach getaway.

When you're not enjoying a seafood dinner at one of the restaurants down by the beach, stay in and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, and everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Wake up each morning and step out onto the balcony to enjoy your coffee or orange juice! Watching the sun slowly rise over the horizon is the best way to start out your day.

I liked how it was in the most of everything Myrtle Beach had to offer, beautiful ocean views. Property just needs a more modernized update but overall beautiful place I definitely recommend and will definitely book again in the future.

Perfect location

Quiet clean building. Amazing views with a clean sand beach. Very comfortable king bed. Excellent management team! Only thing lacking was utensils. But then who goes on vacation to cook! Can't wait to return next year!

We went for a quick long weekend. Everything was nice. Could be updated? Sure, but that’s not what we were there for. Beds were comfortable, room had a clean smell as soon as you entered. Parking onsite was tight and limited but the parking garage is conveniently located. Two things noticed….the air vents need dusted and our patio door was very difficult to open and close. But we laughed at each other over that and went on to enjoy our days.

Pictures and description match perfectly 😊 My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and we would definitely book again. The condo was clean upon our arrival and check-in was so easy. The location was convenient to restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery, etc. I especially appreciated the communication from the owners via detailed emails. The ocean view is absolutely spot-on. The best part about this rental is the beach access by far. It is literally right on the beach. I mean a couple steps from the entrance of the building, through the parking lot and you’re on the sand. It is also ramp access (no steps) which made it easier for our beach cart. If you’re looking for a casual, budget friendly condo with amazing beach access, I would 10/10 recommend!

The room looked as advertised, could use a fresh coat of paint but otherwise nice, views were beautiful. St Clements on the other hand, parking was a very stressful and to say the least awful!!!! If it were not for my husband driving I would've never parked there, we have a small car and he had a difficult time. Where was the indoor pool and hottube??? card keys did not work.

Nice view from the balcony

The condo that we stayed in which was 308 from Big fish rentals was very clean. The people that we dealt with getting in and out of the condo was fantastic. I always got a quick response. I never seen not one bug in the whole area that we were in. The beds were very very comfortable, very beautiful view from the balcony with the rooms was very very clean. Only thing is the advertisement advertised. It was straight across from family Kingdom. It's not it's about 15 minutes away. There's not a lot to do in that area that you don't have to drive to, so if you're not wanting to drive everywhere this would not be a good place. But if you just want to sit around the hotel and be on the ocean down on the beach in the pool, this is a great place. It was very quiet. It seemed very safe. I enjoyed my stay there. I was without a car a few days so I could not travel to go do anything cuz there was really nothing to do around the hotel but an all. It was a great experience. The condo was fantastic

Beach Front

The space was as described. Beds were clean, but the condo definitely needs to be undated. The sliding glass door handle was broken upon arrival. The door did not slide properly, even if the handle hadnt been broken. The outdoor rocking chair was excellent. I wish there had been two and the outside table hadnt been broken. The bathroom vent needed to be cleaned and there was a damp feel to the whole room and looked to be residue from previous mold/mildew. The instructions on the email received from the owner were clear with the exception of a trash shoot. I still have no idea where that's supposed to be. Parking was okay, but there was some decent restaurant within walking distance. In the room there was a bed directly as you walked into the condo and there appeared to be a sliding door with a mirror attached, however that door is heavy and not on a track so you could not close it at all. Overall the condo was okay as far as cleanliness and space. Being beach front is what we wanted but we would rather spend a little extra next time for a more updated place with less defects.

Tout est vraiment vieux. La porte menant sur le balcon était dans un très mauvais état il y avait des pièces du rail sur le plancher à côté de la porte. De plus, le four a vu de meilleurs jours. Toutefois, tout fonctionnait. Les ustensiles de cuisine auraient aussi besoin de renouvellement. L’emplacement est vraiment excellent car c’est directement sur la plage. Nous avons eu des soucis avec la clé magnétique et les employés de Big Fish nous ont répondu vraiment rapidement. Malgré les petits défauts j’y retournerais sans problème.
