The yard is big enough for dogs to run around. We ask to let the pets to do their business in the back part of the yard and not in the front. Be responsible to pick up their waste. Yes, dogs are allowed, maximum of 2 with a non- refundable pet fee and additional cleaning for $100/ pet/ booking. Pet fee will be charged separate after booking.
Other things to note
The house has centralized air-conditioning, well furnished family setting and a high speed internet.
The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities including pots and pan, plates and silverwares, coffee- maker, spices for cooking and other basic essentials. Guests are provided with 2 rolls of paper towels , ground coffee, kitchen towels dishwasher detergents. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet papers , 2 sets of bath towels , hand towels and wash cloths. Guests are expected to replenish the essentials according to their needs.
Cancellation policy is firm. Guests that cancels the booking 30 days prior to check in gets reimbursed with some penalties according to VRBO rules and policies.
