Welcome to Drift Away – a brand-new build in 2022, nestled in a new neighborhood just a stone's throw away from Short Sands!
Experience the joy of being less than a quarter-mile walk from the sandy shores of Short Sands Beach, with Long Sands Beach just over a mile away!
As you step inside, vacation bliss washes over you.
The main level features an open-concept layout encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas, along with a convenient half bath. For those who need to stay connected, there's a private office space on this level, perfect for Zoom calls. Natural light floods the house, enhancing the summer vibe!
In cooler weather, cozy up by the gas fireplace and unwind with your favorite movie after a stroll along the Nubble Lighthouse with its breathtaking views.
Upstairs, discover three bedrooms, a bonus second living area, and a laundry room.
The spacious king primary bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a fabulous walk-in shower and double sinks, offering luxury living at its finest.
