Update on the dock. August 10th Fishing off the dock is now available,cleaning station was put back in place. We also have added post so you can hook up a hammock so you can relax and enjoy the sun. Great location!

I stayed at this property with two friends and one of our granddaughters. We were planning visits to the Alligator Farm and Anastasia State Park and this location was perfect, within minutes of each. The view over Salt Run is also beautiful, and we got up early to see the sunrise. The outdoor deck is great, and the interior is even better than what we expected from the pictures. The host provided lots of free snacks, which were much appreciated, and the kitchen is very well appointed. The host was also very communicative, and instructions for parking and check-in were clear. We look forward to staying here again!

Night of Lights Stay

We had the best time staying here! We came for the night of lights and it was perfect. Such a great location and so cozy! The view of the river was amazing as well! Communication was great and anything we needed was thought of! Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time at the property & were thrilled to be able to see sea turtles & dolphins from the balcony! The apartment was very clean and organized, they truly have thought of everything!

Amazing!

We will never stay at a hotel again when we come to St. Augustine. This place is beautiful and the extra touches of hospitality really made it special.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. I feel like the owners put in a lot of extras like snacks, shampoo, etc. Nice place in a good location with a pretty view. It’s on the 3rd floor so stairs are required.

Gorgeous flat, amazing location!

We had an amazing time staying here. Great communication with the property manager and had absolutely everything we might need. It was like a hotel, but way better! Our kids are still asking if we can go back! We may have to make it a regular family vacation spot if they keep it up :)

Fabulous!

Loved this place! Spent most of the time on the patio with the 180 view of the water. Great layout with bedrooms on opposite sides of the place. Two master suites were the selling point as we were two couples. Would definitely stay here again!

St Augustine Spring Break

A VERY comfortable extremely well stocked condo! Super convenient location! The host was so accommodating. We were welcomed by snacks and drinks! I've never had that in any rental! Highly recommended!

What A View!

This flat has so much character. The owners put so much into every detail of the home. The views are magnificant. Walking distance to downtown St.Augustine. Even did a little fishing off the pier. Highly recommend this place to rent!

Beautiful sunrise

There were so many “extras” around the condo, things that made you feel welcome. Snacks, coffee, and beach accessories. Nice walk out on the water and the best sunrise. Be ready to get in your steps when walking up to the third floor for that spectacular sunrise. Nicely located between the beach and downtown. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This place is wonderful. We knew the place looked good in the ad but it was better than we expected. Spacious, clean, quiet. I didnt want to go home.

Admirals Suite

What an absolute gem! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s an outstanding place for family and friends. The little extras that they supplied really added so much to the experience. There was candies, coffee, a table that had all sorts of games. The toys in the kids room were definitely a hit. The views are amazing. The beds were fabulous. We will definitely go back!

Fantastic!

This was the best rental experience ever! It exceeded our expectations in every way! The owner provided homemade pumpkin bread, chocolates, coffee and an assortment of other treats that were amazing!! I also left a pair of shorts and the owner mailed them back to me at their expense. I offered to pay the postage but they told me not to worry about it. FANTASTIC!!!

We highly recommend this vrbo !

If you're looking for a stay that's close to all of the attractions that St. Augustine has to offer and a hidden gem then the Admirals suite is quite simply perfection. My wife and I have visited St. Augustine several times before and found that the typical hotel stays left us wanting more. Many of the hotels we've stayed in were nice enough , but lacked the room and amenities to feel at home. From the initial booking until the minute we were packing to head back home we found ourselves raving over the suites charm and beauty. The pictures online are fairly accurate however they pale in comparison to the stunning wrap around deck which offered a gorgeous view of Salt Run , Anastasia Island , the Lighthouse, and villano Bridge. What we didn't expect was that you can also see glimpses of the ocean in the distance as well as turtles, dolphins, various species of birds and other wildlife all from the comfort of the deck or even from the many windows inside which overlook the waterfront. The beds are comfortable and easy to get a good night's sleep in. All of those things alone are great , but what made it special was the hosts. Communication was top notch! From the initial booking sending all of the information needed to make the stay easy to the thoughtfulness and care that was put into the little touches specific to each guest who stays. Thank you so very much for making our visit feel like home and sending us back to ours with memories that'll last a lifetime! I

St A 3rd floor Admirals suite

A+. Hate to post this because they may (deservedly) raise rates but… Personalized greeting on the kitchen bar. Soap… all of it; body, hair, dish, laundry. Candy jar. Q tips… Q TIPS!?!? WHO DOES THIS?! Oh yeah… and all the stuff you did expect. Could not have been nicer. One ask - can you keep the tide in the whole time so we can watch the sea turtles straight from our deck ALL the time 😂?

Just Perfect!

My family and I was so thankful when we walked in the door. The house was so spacious and beautifully decorated with St. Augustine’s vibe. It had a lot of little extras that made us feel welcome. There were homemade cookies and a welcome sign. The kitchen was well stocked and coffee readily available. The owners messaged us to see if we needed anything once we checked in and again after we left to let us know we had left a few items behind. 😊 So courtesy! Beautiful sunrise can be seen through the large windows. We enjoyed it sitting on the deck outside the living area. There was some construction going on however it didn’t interfere with minimum noise during the day. Great little neighborhood behind the house. I felt very safe for my girls to walk around there. If we visit St. Augustine again, I will request to stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed 3 nights over the fall break. Everything about this house was great. The hosts were responsive and took care of a minor issue personally. Wow. Also, they had a welcome message and snacks prepared for us. Lots of attention to details. The house is situated just outside the city and only took a few minutes to get into St. Augustine. There were multiple restaurants near by we really enjoyed (Osprey Taco and Old Coast Ales, esp.). We got to go to the farmers market (huge!) which was also nearby. The best thing about the house was the view. We enjoyed watching birds and sea turtles off the dock/patio all day long. Loved their high chairs. We were also pleasantly surprised to see dolphins playing right from the dock! Another thing I’d like to mention is that my son left an old blanket behind that my late mother-in-law gave him. We figured it was gone. I got a text from the host asking if we had left it there and offered to send it to us without any compensation. What? I’ve never seen that happen. I can’t say enough about the house and the hosts. I’m glad we found it.
