Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. ** While we look forward to welcoming you, please be aware that the Hawaii Electric Company has notified us of periodic power outages that may impact our resort from time to time. These outages are part of the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) strategy that is being implemented across the island to proactively shut off power to help prevent wildfires when certain conditions exist. The Hawaii Electric Company expects these precautions to remain in place on the Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future. As noted, these outages could occur at any time and may last for up to one to three days.

Beautiful resort. Enjoyed it more than Aulani because it wasn’t as crowded. Beautiful room and easy access to washers and dryers as needed. Would stay here again. Plan to always book through Vacation Candy again. Great service.

Amazing resort
We have been to this resort several times now and love it every single time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The swimming pools are amazing and very relaxing. Our kids love coming to this resort for the pools and kids club that they have in the resort. I love that they have free DVD movies. This resort is for all especially people with families. We will continue to come to this resort for years to come. Juanito was really nice and gave us a wonderful send off when we left.

Myself and my family found the Marriott Ko Olina resort to be beautiful and well kept. All requests and questions were promptly addressed by the helpful and friendly staff. The 2 bedroom suite was all as advertised and more, including the beautiful views from the balcony and bedrooms.

Almost as nice as Aulani!
Stayed in Aulani the year before, so our expectations were high, but besides the great pool experience for the little ones, this place was just as great, for less than half the price! If I didn't have a place in HI to house sit this summer trip, we would've definitely been back!!! Maybe (probably) next year?

Beautiful!
The resort is a beautiful, family friendly spot on a great snorkeling lagoon. It's not crowded like the Disney resort and of course anything in Waikiki. Room was clean and spacious. Very relaxing and fun.

Loved it!
We fell in love with the Ko Olina as soon as we arrived! Rooms were spacious (2 bedroom) and up to date. Awesome ocean view. There were plenty of activities for all ages. Loved the exercise classes that they offered too! Kids had fun at the different pools too.

Perfect Vacation
I had never heard of Vacation Candy when I made reservations for our special trip to Hawaii. I was nervous about the outcome. The minute we arrived and walked into the condo I was pleasantly surprised. It was beyond perfect. The condo was beautiful, clean. PERFECT! The staff was great. The grounds were excellent. We have traveled for spring trips quite often and I have to say this was my most pleasant experience. I will definitely book through Vacation Candy again.

Lots of Family Fun

Awesome pools and giant room!
It was our first time in Ko'Olina and this resort. The staff was fantastic and we so helpful even though I arrived around 11pm with my little girl fast asleep. Our room was clean and it was the biggest 2 bedroom condo I have ever stayed in and would nicely accommodate 2 families or 8 people. There were many pools and a great pool for families with kids. The beach is dmdll but it's perfect for little ones and fun yo paddle board in. The cove kept out the big waves. This is a great place to stay for everyone and the ground and staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and return happily!

Perfect Vacation!

Good family spot
We had a fun vacation with our two littles...lots of pool and hot tub options plus easy beach access. Only suggestion is to request a room higher than the 5th floor. We were originally on the 4th floor and our room was very dark. Once we moved up a couple of floors, our stay was much more enjoyable since we could actually see out.

Pure Luxury!
Our stay at this resort was like a dream come true for us. Every vacation we take from now on will be compared to this one. This resort is beautiful and was perfect for our family of five. Our children still talk about this trip almost a year later. I cannot say enough to do it justice. The grounds, the room, the service were all spectacular. My only negative comment would be the lack of restaurants. We hope to make it back some day.

Family Vacation
We rented several units for a large family gathering January 2014. The resort was excellent. Great Beach, Great pools. Friendly staff. It worked great and we were able to buy food at nearby Local Grocery store and fix meals in condo's. Group barbecue area if you want to grill something.

Ideal vacation spot
Location, accessibility, the people! If I could've given 10 stars I would've. The drive out to the west side of the island was beautiful and not congested with highrises. The views of the mountains and the ocean was pristine. The hotel is located in the opposite direction of Waikiki, and I am glad I chose this location. I wasn't in the middle of "tourist kingdom" and that allowed me the opportunity to easily mingle with the local people, local shops and eateries, and I was able to really experience the island and its host culture.
