Overlooking the Nestucca River Estuary, Wildlife Refuge, and showing casing the expansive view of the Pacific Ocean, the scene is always changing. Watch the eagles perch in the nearby massive Sitka Spruce trees, deer wade across the river and fisherman wrestle salmon into their boat while you enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee on the covered deck. This beautiful home showcases fine craftsmanship with its warm woodwork and comfortable décor. Large, cozy sofas beckon you to curl up with a blanket and a book after a day on the beach in front of a roaring fire. Enjoy the game while snacking on goodies prepared in the gourmet kitchen complete with double ovens, 5 burner cooktop, quality cookware, and utensils.

Perfect for a small family or two couples, the Primary Bedroom is complete with a view of the estuary, a King Bed, and an adjoining ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub. The guest room has a queen bed and door to the patio, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

Working from home? The home office has a large desk, computer monitor, printer and high-speed internet access, and is removed from the main living area of the home allowing for quiet concentration.

Pelican's Perch is located an easy walk from the Pacific Seawatch Community Club House and Pool, complete with premium workout equipment, a 45' saltwater indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a 9 hole mini-gold course. A short 10-minute orientation provides you access to the facility during your stay. Clubhouse Hours are 9 am to 8 pm (Please note keycard will not work outside of these hours).

View to die for
View of Nestucca Estuary and view of Pacific Ocean from same deck was fantastic, Place was modern and very clean. Good location between Tillamook to the North and Newport to the South. Only problem was that there was no remote for garage door. I called the property manager and got no response..I called a second time and they said they would relay message to local manager. Never heard from them either.

Incredible view!!
I am pretty sure this was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. Its a townhome, but doesnt seem like it at all. Its a really large 2 bedroom with an office. It gives the ability for everyone to be spread out. The view is out of this world. I spent days just staring out the window. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. One bathroom has a huge shower that could probably fit 6 people. The master bathroom has a huge tub that I took advantage of. The pictures of this place do not do it justice.

Go for the view, stay for the house
We were so glad we found this place. The view from the place is amazing. The house is very well done, the beds were comfortable, kitchen stocked. Best part the checkout instructions were minimal and straightforward

Incredible views
Situated on the bluff above pacific city, the property has a panoramic view of the ocean and estuaries. Very quiet neighborhood of newer homes. Large room facing the view for living room, dining, and open kitchen. Comfortable for many days of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful coastal towns and nearby outdoor activities. Super easy check in and check out. One piece of advice- bring sleeping eye covers if you are sensitive to morning sun- No blackout curtains in bedroom. Overall very good. Master bedroom is sleep comfort bed and great recliners in LV. Enjoyable for the week we spent in august.
