A two or three bedroom will be issued a maximum of two (2) car passes. Phoenix On the Bay guests wishing to use the marina shall provide a copy of their respective vessel’s registration (if applicable), along with a certificate of insurance with liability coverage in an amount not less than $300,000 combined single limit (CSL). Guests shall show proof of insurance at time of registering their vessel at the POB service desk.
