The Adler House Rules & Local Regulations

We’re thrilled to host you at The Adler. To ensure a peaceful, stylish, and compliant stay, please review and respect the following house and city ordinances:

🔥 Pool & Spa Heating
• Spa heating is included with the house rental
• Pool heating is optional and charged separately at $150.00 per day (Oct-May) and $100 per day (June-Sept)
•The spa and pool cannot be heated simultaneously. While the spa is in use, the pool heater will pause.
•If you’d like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival. We’re unable to accommodate heating requests after check-in.

🚗 EV Charging
•Planning to charge your electric vehicle? Please bring your own cable—we do not provide one onsite.

🤫 Noise, Music & Neighbor Consideration
The City of Palm Springs has STRICT NOISE LAWS that are Rigorously Enforced:
•No outdoor music at any time—this includes Bluetooth speakers and phones.
•Quiet hours are from 10PM-10AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Violations may result in:
•A $250 fine
•Immediate cancellation and eviction
•Loss of rental payment and deposit

👥 Guest Limits & Age Requirement
•Maximum of 8 guests total. No unregistered or additional guests are allowed on the property at any time.
•The responsible renter must be 25 or older.

🚫 Absolutely Not Allowed
•No parties or large gatherings.
•No smoking anywhere on the property—including the driveway. A $1,000 fee will apply if evidence is found.
•No affixing items (signs, balloons, tape, etc.) to walls, ceilings, or surfaces indoors or out. Damage fees will apply.
•No clowns, mimes, or strippers. (Yes, really.)

📸 Content Creation & Filming
•Personal social media sharing is welcomed!
•No filming, photoshoots, or content creation for commercial purposes without prior written approval from ownership.

🛑 Safety, Damages & Liability
•Guests assume all risks for injury or harm while on the premises.
•Owners are not liable for accidents, illness, or lost items.
•Excessive damage or rule violations may result in forfeiture of deposit and additional charges at the discretion of the Property Manager.
•The home may not be used for any unlawful activity.
