Villagio 30B is a cozy condo located in Playa Potrero, a few minutes from the beach and many other convenient services like restaurants, clinic, drugstore, supermarkets and the local brewery. Villagio Complex features a beautiful pool sourranded by gardens and palms, outdoor shower and pool chairs, There is a kids pool just next to the main one.

A twin bed can be used in the living room as a place to sleep or just hanging out with family and friends. If you continue upstairs there is a new loft made with local wood, the area has two single beds (you can join the beds together according to your preference to convert in a king), ceiling fan, wardrobe and half bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen is located just entering the condo, it has a garden view and all you need to prepare the meals of if you hire a private chef with our concierge service.
