The location next to a train was horrible! The condo was dirty. Towels questionable as far as we could tell. Dirty floors, bathroom! Not a great area of town. Deck had wet, dirty cushions. Very disappointing! We paid a lot of money. The description was not accurate at all!!!

Beautiful Place - Great location

Only problem we had was getting in. The codes didn't work. One of the girls on-site got us into the parking area, but we couldn't use the code given to us. After about an hour all was figured out. Would stay there again!

Beautiful Condo

Condo was very clean. Beautifully decorated extremely comfortable. Close enough to the action but far enough to have quiet moments coffee / wine on the terrace overlooking the river was lovely. Washer and dryer always a plus.

This condo is kept clean and is in a great location. The amenities and WiFi work great. Parking spot in the building is great, plenty of room for our Honda Ridgeline.

Weekend in Nashville

This was a very nice property. It was very clean. The only thing I would recommend is mattress covers. They ask you to throw in a load of sheets if you are able. We did and the mattress had a good amount of stains on it. Besides that, we were impressed with everything else. Great city views. We typically walked into town which was about a mile and very walkable. However we would usually uber home because we didn’t know the area that well to be walking around at night. There are train tracks close by so trains do go by. Depending how sensitive you are to that, just be aware. It didn’t bother us. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and the condo completely met our needs.

Needs a deep clean

Bedrooms tables need to be dusted and vacuumed under the bed. We found various belongs of previous guests under our bed. Condo needs to be sprayed for bugs. Spider webs around can lights in front bedroom and in halls. Exhaust fan in second bath does not work and sink does not drain. No regular coffee maker like we were told

Noisy Trains, Noisy Construction Neighborhood feels dark and unsafe

This wonderful APT is right next to the railroad tracks which have trains going by, often honking their horns all day and night. The trains pass over the river outside the APT on a trestle bridge which is very noisy. In addition, there is a major redevelopment project going on right across the street and the construction crews start with the heavy equipment at 7 AM. The neighborhood is dark and feels unsafe at night. I suspect that this entire neighborhood except for this complex is due for major redevelopment over the next years and will be beautiful BUT right now , it is a noisy dark seemingly unsafe location. The facility is new and beautiful. Really too bad about the location.

Convenient and trendy

Good location in regard to downtown. Sits very close to active railway, so be prepared for loud from the train. The view is awesome. Hopefully, they take my advice as it relates to the flat sheets that were used in place of fitted. Swap the flat for fitted and the next guests will get better sleep, for sure. Overall, the place was clean, with only minor “corner spots” that were, and likely have been overlooked for some time.

Sprinkler and elevator issues

Forced out by alarm due to broken sprinkler system which supposedly this has happened before. This caused an issues with elevators the rest of our stay. Had to take stairs. Nice unit. Not the greatest area.

Nashville for a concert at Bridgestone

We were in town for a concert at Bridgestone. It was an easy 1 mile walk, the area wasn’t the nicest-we definitely passed several people sleeping on the street between Broadway and the apartment. The wording in the check instructions was a little confusing-just know that “building access code” and “garage access code” are used interchangeably and mean the same thing. While we felt the unit was sanitary, it was not particularly “clean” lots of spider webs, cobwebs, and dust. There was also a coffee drink that was spilled (not by us) in the elevator lobby on Friday and was still present on Sunday-so not sure who is responsible for property maintenance, but they apparently don’t work on the weekends. Overall, this was a nice place and a good value. We would likely stay again.

Here comes the train

Let me preface this by saying we stay in short term rentals a lot and this is my first less than stellar review. If you have kids they will probably love the trains that run right beside this unit. They run pretty constant day and night. Take earplugs unless you are a sound sleeper because they are loud. Check in was a nightmare. I was sent two different codes and neither opened the gate to get into the parking garage. Customer service with Vacasa (I thought I was renting directly from VRBO) was very rude and I could barely understand her accent. After almost twenty minutes trying to gain access I was finally sent a link to download an app which finally got us in. No one wants to spend that long after driving 10 hours just trying to gain entry. The check in directions should CLEARLY and emphatically state you really need the app to gain access. I could barely see the numbers on the funky keypad due to bright sun. There is a lot of road construction (long term) in the area so it takes a while to get anywhere. There were zero coffee pods to get you started with the Keurig which we didn’t realize until our first morning of waking up to NO coffee. This was a first for us. Our rentals have always at least had a starter supply. There were also zero condiments like salt and pepper. On a bright night, the beds were extremely comfortable.

The condo itself is beautiful, bright, open, and filled with natural light from the large windows and balcony. The living space feels spacious yet still cozy, making it a comfortable place to relax. However, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at times, which took away from the overall sense of comfort. If location isn’t a major concern, the condo itself is a lovely and well-kept space.

Cool space

Pros: Beautiful space, lovely updated amenities, close to downtown (ride shares are easy), loads of light, cool views, super comfy beds, the "starter pack" goods was a lovely touch. Cons: spaces were pretty buggy (ceilings and corners need web/dead bug removal), ac didn't seem to reach the rooms (only common areas-had to keep doors open), trains all day and night that are steps from your window. So if you want a quieter space, this might not work for you. But they are also cool to see. Bottom line, there were some notes but I would stay here again.

Nice condo close to downtown

Recently stayed there - 2 couples. Plenty of room - 2 nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Great view - easy to access, checking in and checking out very easy. Neighborhood seemed safe, lots of redevelopment and construction going on. Condo was just as pictured online. We had a car but used Uber to get around. Bad experience with a taxi overcharging - so be wary of that in Nashville (Ubers were plentiful and easy to get).
