Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

BOOK TODAY and stay in the Heart of 🎼 🎙️MUSIC CITY 🎶.

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 4:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville later in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.

Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...

Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..

Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the “900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.

Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).

Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.

Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.

As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Stay for AC/DC concert

Great communication with the managers. I think their names were Liz and Taylor. Very helpful when our plans had a hiccup. Concert we were there for was postponed for a day due to weather. Luckily, they could accomidate us for an extra day. Only wish it had been a bit bigger deck, but it was fine for us.

We felt safe and secure at the condo. We took ubers and cabs everywhere, bc walking downtown would've been a bit long. The condo was nice, spacious for 4 adults.

Great Place - Needs a New Water Closet

We loved this place - well equipped kitchen - comfortable beds and living room furniture - lovely view of the river and close to everything in Nashville. Plus free parking! Huge bonus in Nashville where parking costs are a nightmare.The bedroom nearest the front door seemed to experience more noise than the bedroom close to the living room but overall, the place was pretty quiet.The place was renovated and lovely except for one very glaring thing: the water closet (the separate room containing the toilet, bathtub, and shower) is in serious need of a renovation. The enamel was peeling off the tub and looked terrible. This was particularly disconcerting because I had to get down on my knees and wash my hair under the bathtub tap because the rusty rainshower head had no water pressure and I would never have been able to get the soap out of my hair. Also, just a picky thing, there was no shower mat and I slipped several times getting out of the shower. Lastly, it is impossible to get tile flooring such as this clean and the grout looked filthy.I'm not sure why they renovated the whole place and left the water closet in such a state.I know this sounds negative but other than this, we really did love the place.

Great location, beautiful condo

We had a great time on our weekend away. The condo was clean and modern. I appreciated the extras, like charging stations in the bedrooms and living room, a full spice rack, and suggestions for places to see. We saw lots of great bands downtown, which were a quick Uber/Lyft ride (ranging from 9-20, depending on day/time), walked to the Farmer’s Market for food and shopping, and even relaxed by the pool. Owners were friendly and quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this location if you’re planning a trip to Nashville.

Clean and spacious with a huge pool

We would stay here again. There was plenty of room for the four of us. It had everything we needed and wasn’t too far from Broadway. We walked or took scooters. Thank you!

Such a cute place!! Clean, decorated so well, had everything we needed during our stay, and so close to the spots we wanted to visit making most everything walkable. We highly recommend it!

So much music, so little time!

The condo is very nice in an excellent location. We enjoyed lots of music and explored areas of Nashville that were new to us. Saw two concerts at the Ryman. Can’t wait to go back!

Long weekend in Nashville

The inside of the property is very nice. The covered parking was great. The river view was beautiful. The surrounding area is under a lot of construction. Didn't feel comfortable walking to Broadway.

Girls weekend getaway

Great place to stay! A quick uber ride away from all the action on broadway. Quiet and very clean. The manager was very quick to reply and answer any questions. Place was stocked with coffee and even some toiletries. Would definitely come back. Very nice view of the river on the balcony. The only thing that i misunderstood is that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. After rereading the description it does say coin laundry on the premesis. Great place to stay though!!

Great Condo

My wife and I and another couple stayed here for 6 nights- the space was great for four adults. The property managers were responsive when we had questions. The view of the river is peaceful and calming. The location was ok. You are on the border of Germantown, which has fun places, but if you walk anywhere you are surrounded by construction and industry. Lyft / Uber rides were quick and cheap to different parts of town.

GREAT CONDO

So cute! Very clean! Beautiful view! The area seems to be getting some upgrades, so there is construction in the area. We were there on a weekday and did hear them working but it wasn’t super loud or a bother. You’re very close to broadway and we enjoyed being 5 min away from Topgolf too! Highly Recommend

Excellent Weekend In Nashville

The condo worked out perfectly for us. We were in town for 4 nights to see some shows, check out the museums, and browse the music related retail shops. Literally everything we wanted to do was 15 min away from the condo by car. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. We plan to stay here the next time we are in Nashville.

Its location allows you to visit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of broadway, without sleeping in the area. The condo river views allows guests to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the River traffic go by. Its central location is walking distance to several great restaurants around Germantown.
