The space
The bungalow has 1 bedroom with Queen bed, 55 inch smart TV and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.

The open space is divided in two areas, dining and living with four picture windows that allow plenty of natural light in.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio or practice your mixology skills in the sophisticated atmosphere. The open concept living room has a hipster aesthetic with a 65 inch smart TV.

The beautiful, full kitchen has open windows and convenient in-unit laundry, Keurig coffee maker and all the cooking essentials including olive oil and spices.

The bungalow is completely private and accessible to guests.

Other things to note
The designated, covered parking space 425 will be issued to the first booking received. Parking directly in front of your unit is an option if you cannot
use the covered parking.

Trash pick up is on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by the complex maintenance crew. Please place your trash in appropriate trash bags and leave inside the trash can located inside the utility/storage unit located directly outside your front door.

During your stay you will have access to the Par 3 Golf Course, the club pool and hot tub and the club gym.
The full 18 hole golf course is also available for a seperate fee.
